@@simplyme3306 I usually prepare extra dough to make enough breakfast for three days for my family. I used the remaining half of the dough to bake two small loaves of bread. Since it didn't fit the theme of this video, I didn't include it. Thanks!

您好,發酵要看麵團的狀態而不是時間。發酵環境溫度 酵母活性及用量等因素都會影響發酵的快慢。一發約到2倍大,後發到烤模的8-9分滿。謝謝

我給的食譜是一個吐司的份量,我的吐司模比450g的大一些,加上麵粉吸水性不高,為了要有足夠的麵團重,我會用多一點麵粉。另一半麵團我做了兩個小磅蛋糕模的吐司,因為不屬於這個影片的主題才沒有呈現出來,不曉得有何誤導之說?
