Nice little vid, but here’s a few suggestions: a bit more informational content would be nice; and frankly, no offense, but the background music adds little more than annoyance IMO.

Hello, nothing personal, you seem like a really nice person and I'm sure the company you work for is a great company.. you mentioned that morgan hill is slow and laid-back, but if people keep moving here, it's not going to be that anymore, rather, it's going to be an extension of busy, traffic jammed San Jose.. people moving here into already built structures is one thing, but building building building and putting up more houses is only worsening a problem that Morgan Hill does not have the infrastructure in place to support, neither does Gilroy. This area has changed drastically, and not for the better with the addition of all these new houses. And it's not like it's helping low-income people much as low income people are not buying houses, rather, theyre stuck renting, and it's not like it's helping the people that are already in this area that need housing, it's just bringing more and more people from outside the area.. this area needs to take care of the people that are already here before inviting troves of people from outside the area in, and gobbling up all the rural areas with additional housing. This area is not going to stay laid-back and chill when people with City mentalities move here and want to have all the conveniences of big malls and large shopping centers put in.. and that is not the mindset that people that have been here their entire lives of 40, 50, 60, even 70 or 80 years of their life have.
