I bought a house in Hollister at the 55 and over community. It’s now 2 yrs and they still haven’t completed the development. I thought real estate sell fast in California or has the housing boom died ? Are home values in California going down ?

I was born in stockton, may of 1962. I lived there for exactly 6 weeks. My dad was in the navy.. We moved to Virginia. Whenever I tell people where I was born they say well that sucks. Now I know why.

I just got back from fremont, 2024. What a disgusting shithole. Witnessed a car robbery in broad daylight. Weeds overgrown, trash all over the freeway, trash on streets,no pride whatsoever, just a dump. Thank you for ruining the fremont i once loved. Shame on fremont

Lived in Hayward 1977-2003. From my time there, 77-90 it was Nice. My wife and I stayed there until 2003 to expand our business interests for our move and sell off our properties. SSVTV, might be feeding you Hype The Bay Area as well as most of California is in decline. Hayward ???, >>> Oh, and you have those wonderful neighbors in Castro Valley.

Stockton is what you make it. I will always love Stocktons rich, Mexican/Italian/philipino/ Asian heritage of peoples. Wondeful people. Give them a chance, and you will enjoy Stockton too.😊

There's only one pro to living in Oakland. Just about any place you move to afterwards is an improvement.

It's also known for it's old racist residents. Just ask anyone of color who lived here before the 2000 or before Gale Ranch started building.

As a life long Stockton resident don't just don't....and lol it hits 112 degrees on a regular basis.... please don't.... unless you want your children to end up in a grave institution or on the streets....we call it Stucktown.... because there's no getting out.... unless you go to the penitentiary or the grave.... this is where people go to die.

Park Place in San Mateo is infested with mold rodents and other numerous things. Please do some research my son and I got very sick from this place.

Why are houses and living in Los Altos so expensive?

These are the kinds of videos we DONT need! Our city USEDto be affordable, with rent and home prices being more in line with Stockton wages. With all the influx of bay area people moving to our city, our rent and home prices have skyrocketed, and us people that were born and raised here can no longer afford to buy in our own city. Landlords have become greedy, raising rents knowing that only bay area people can afford it, not us Stocktonians. Aside from that, our city looks like garbage now with all these transplants. Us that were born and raised here take pride in our city, but now all these new people couldnt give a rats ass. Our city looks like crap now. Homeless encamptments are taking over, when we didnt have that before. A 2 bedroom apartment used to be about $800, but now? $1200 and up. Stop pushing people to our city!!! All yountransplants already ruined it for people born and raised here, thanks alot!!

30 years ago , it was a great place to live. Now, not so much. Left there 20 years ago, due to bad commutes, crowds, and increasing crime.

The 101? That's nowhere near Fremont. Neither is Cal Train.
