- Financial stress & troubles are a part of life for many people, and whether you come out of it or not, largely depends on how you handle things during that season. In today's episode, I am discussing things you can do, if you are struggling financially.

I am a business woman ,and during the time of covid19 I got into financial crisis , I came to a point of not being able to sustain my business financially any more ,the little money I had was to take care of me and my family's needs only .
Am kind of person who vow not to be employed by anyone but to be my own boss. So when this crisis hit , I had to think out of the box . My answer was to look for a job and work for a time that I gave myself , save money and restart my business again . So I closed my business and am employed now.
I pray all goes well for me ,save enough money and restart my business after This contract is done.
What was the business dear
I was in a very bad financial situation for two year. My husband was out of job and I became the bread winner for almost two years. I almost went insane.
Things we did:
1. We cut down on our expenditure
2. Reduced our standard of living
3. Retrenched all our domestic staff
4. We started doing all manner of legal business
5. Spoke to a few family members and friends about our situation and we got some financial assistance from some of them which helped us to gradually start building again.
Thank you, that "lunch" part, I never thought of it this way...
Wow! Wow! Just came across this video and decided to watch it as I am in serious financial crisis studying as I am doing businesses which sustain me in my studies and at the same time my parents usually rely on me but the business is soo down especially after the onset of COVID-19 Pandemic.
I really really love most of your key areas Susan and one that has touched me most is communicating in advance to lenders if you have their loans. I will now avoid blocking/blacklisting them since I have been doing it to avoid many many calls from them every time.

There a professional bodies registered with governments that are supposed to provide counselling,do bargaining representation with financial institutions on behalf of clients.
