Wolf, son of Loki. The gods managed to bind him with the magical Gleipnir lace, but snatched Týr's right hand. However, the wolf is destined to melt on Ragnarøkkr's day and to kill Óðinn. He will in turn be killed by Víðarr.

When it comes to the legend of the Spirit Wolf Fenrir he was supposed to be a demonic wolf that went around gathering demonic souls for Satan A.K.A. Aries in order to make the dark army as powerful as possible
Yes, this is one of the descriptions, plus he reached impressive dimensions, was very intelligent and had the gift of speech🐺
Can't say I've ever heard this legend , but it seems to be a much later Christianized story.
