@@kosuke_shows_japanI notice with the ramen noodles you slurp them but you didn’t with the udon. Is it not socially acceptable to slurp the udon noodles also?
This was my favorite place to go for curry while living in Japan. I could only do spice level 5. One time I ordered pork cutlet curry level 5 and they had a side of some type of chicken. I was stuffed and very full! I bought a Coco spoon as a souvenir before moving back to the United States (2015). I miss it so much!
I really enjoy these videos of you going to different style restaurants and showing the menus in English. I've seen Westerners do it but you have a Japanese perspective and excellent English which makes for really great little insights.
In all honesty, your politeness and handsomeness are what draws me into your videos, but I appreciate the food content so much! Don't let those spices burn your tongue too much!
your content is so underrated ! I guess youtube algorithm must show your more on suggestions! as a ex- youtuber, maybe this is because of similar competitive content, a suggestion - make something rare, maybe a video on halal food in japan?, food near mount fuji as its famous, pokemon naruto etc relevance to food if there is any...etc
I just made it here in the USA with Golden Curry blocks as the ingredient with rice, chicken, potatoes and carrots and onion. Really great! Will make this regularly from now on. A superb kind of curry.
The first time I tried curry was 2 years ago and it was a one-way trip, since then I eat it once a week and I manage to get it in the Chinatown here in Buenos Aires. Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷
I'm so happy I happened to stumble upon your videos! I'm a new subscriber to your channel. Thank you for taking the time and effort of shows Japan. Thank you again JoAnn Sigby
Just found your channel while I was laying down to go to sleep. You have great content and how you explain everything this very nice. Love your content.
When I was a kid I often went to Shibuya Coco. Before, there were no screens, but fortunately in that shop the waiters spoke English and I could order easily.
Congratulations on your first Japanese Kare cooking ✨I’m surprised that many people are cooking it at home these days. Probably curry cubes are more easily available now compared to before 🧐🍛
Yes, PreCure! I heard a lot of girls in the world enjoy watching PreCure. I thought PreCure was only watched in Japan and not famous in other countries.
We have quite a few of curry cube brands. House foods (famous for Varmont curry) and S&B (famous for Golden curry) are leading the market here in Japan. They are Japanese companies.

Japanese curry is my favorite food
Curry came to Japan via the British navy which the Japanese navy was modelled on. There is a Japanology episode on the subject.
When I was a kid I often went to Shibuya Coco. Before, there were no screens, but fortunately in that shop the waiters spoke English and I could order easily.

Nice. Yeah, Golden Curry is also popular in Japan. I didn’t show it in the video. But it was on the shelf. Enjoy the extra spicy 🔥
One of my favorite curries. I was surprised to see a PreCure curry. My favorite PreCure series is Kirakira Pretty Cure a la Mode.

Supermarkets in California often carry Japanese curry. Most common is S&B Golden Curry.
Glad to hear that S&B Golden curry is doing well in your country

North Americans would say 0!
