What an interesting fella. House prices in 2003 were amazing. I have left London and now reside in Southend. I still work in London but life is definitely more peaceful here. London has many things to offer and is an absolutely great city if you're active though.

Margate has improved a lot since 2003! It was a nice town to begin with but it’s even nicer now, houses are still reasonable down there too plus there’s the high speed train which zooms people into London from Margate in just over an hour.

Just went to Margate over the weekend. I wanted to look at the sea. First time and perhaps never again. The beach was not what I was expecting. A muddy, smelly mess. I guess I arrived at low tide. Anyway, I walk around about 10 minutes and quickly got back on the train for London. Will try South End on Sea for my next UK version of a beach adventure😐

My town is worth more than the lies in this clip. Most of this isn't even within 5 miles of Margate and the clips that are have been cut into clips elsewhere around Kent. North Kent? Margate is the most S.E. town in England.. TV for ya I guess... pathetic lies to please you. Enjoy....
