200cc is a game mode in CTGP Revolution (How to get CTGP):

This is a "No Ultra Shortcuts" Speedrun meaning any skip that bypasses key checkpoints is not allowed. This is why for the Coconut Mall glitch, we do not skip the full lap and make sure to hit all the key checkpoints. This is also known as the "start-line exploit". Any glitch which manipulates checkpoints does not count the lap (ex. Grumble Volcano, Mushroom Gorge etc)
