    Does it allow you to insert audio for students who need accommodations?

      Hi Shay! Not yet but we are working on adding this feature as soon as possible. Keep an eye on the 'product updates' section of our community forum for more information on when it will be released: forum.teachermade.com/

    Can I send the worksheets as emails separately to each student or do I have to be using a platform for my lessons to assign them?

    • @TeacherMade
      @TeacherMade  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      All the students need is the link to the worksheet so you can absolutely email them each the link separately :)

    Thank you! I am looking forward to more integration with Google Classroom. Will you put out an announcement when this occurs?

    Mary can you please tell me where I am going to find each students work once they mark it up using the assignment I posted in Google Classroom? The assignment doesn't allow me to make a copy for each student as it normally does in GC.

      Hi, Deirdre-- Thanks for joining TeacherMade!!
      Our Google Classroom integration will get more advanced over the next few weeks. In the meantime, the best approach is to create a separate assignment for each class.
      Each assignment will then need to be published to Google Classroom separately as each will have a unique link. But this way, your grades will be viewable by class and not altogether.
      Please let me know that this reply has helped you!

      @@TeacherMade Hi! I see how to assign the worksheet on GC, but I don't see how to view/grade it as the teacher. The student chooses "I'm done" on the worksheet, but it doesn't generate a doc for them to submit on GC. I also checked to see if it generated a worksheet on the Teacher Made site, but I can't find it there either. Please help! This is a potential help for us.

      @@WENDYRAMOS You're doing great, Wendy! We have some polishing to do on the TeacherMade site to make it work the way you're used to with Google Classroom. In the meantime, you view student results ON TeacherMade.com. Find the worksheet in My Worksheets (the page you're in when you login to TeacherMade). Then click on it. On the Worksheet Detail screen that appears, you'll see the assignments you've made for that activity. Click on an assignment to view the student scores. Click on an individual student score to see the details. (You have the ability to edit and export the scores, using the Action button next to the assignment on the Worksheet Detail screen. You can't import scores into Google Classroom so don't worry about exporting to CSV.)
      TeacherMade is busily working on a fuller Google integration where scores flow to the Classroom grade book. It should be operational within the next two weeks. I'll keep you posted on our progress. Please let me know that this answer has helped you. And thank you for reaching out to us!

      TeacherMade Oh I see. This is mainly for worksheets that check against the correct answers provided when the sheet was made. I was thinking it would work by showing the student responses so they could be evaluated by me, more like short answer where there isn’t one “right” answer. I guess I misunderstood the application of it. Please consider adding a feature where the finished student doc can be viewed and submitted to GClassroom! Thanks for the response.

      @@wendyr6207 I've put it on the list! Thank you for the suggestion. We're working on a full Google Classroom integration. In the meanwhile, you can view student responses on TeacherMade and this coming week you'll be able to view and respond to student work, too. Thanks, Wendy!

    Where do I see all the student responses?

      Hi, Deirdre-- Just want to make sure you have seen our response to your question.
      You view student results ON TeacherMade.com. Find the worksheet in your account in My Worksheets (the page you're in when you login to TeacherMade). Then click on the one you want to view. On the Worksheet Detail screen that appears, you'll see the assignments you've made for that activity.

      TeacherMade is busily working on a fuller Google integration where scores flow to the Classroom grade book. It should be operational within the next two weeks. I'll keep you posted on our progress. Please let me know that this answer has helped you. And, as always, thank you for reaching out to us!

    What do we do to assign the worksheets to students using a different platform?

    • @TeacherMade
      @TeacherMade  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Brittany,
      Thanks so much for reaching out!
      Regardless of which platform you are using, you should be able to upload a link to the worksheet in a new assignment! Which one are you using?
      Thanks,
      Kate

      @@TeacherMade we are using Schoology, how would I assign it , can we embed it , can students just use their school accounts to get into this assignment or they need some code or does the link already come with the code?

    • @TeacherMade
      @TeacherMade  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@emojki2008 Hi There! To assign in Schoology, you will just want to embed the link to a TeacherMade worksheet in your assignment. No code is necessary. Here is a great video made by a Teacher explaining how she uses TeacherMade with Schoology. th-cam.com/video/GVMCiBdEwb8/w-d-xo.html 18

      Hi, Angie-- Haven't had anyone ask for support with Microsoft Teams so I can't say for sure. You assign via a link, so if you can post a link in Teams, you can do it. GC, Canvas, Schoology all work. Send us an email at support@teachermade.com and let us know if you have success. Thanks!
