- No coin used. Agris used on titiums. Unlike orgs in orc camp, you usually kill titiums solo since they're much more tanky than regular mobs, so there's little to no risk of burning thousands of agris points on the regular mobs. Agris is very efficient and bumps the trash loot up so I use it.
Why elixirs and not giants/frenzy?
So, elixirs are 17% crit and back dmg and 15demi dmg. Giants is just 10% special atk dmg. Frenzy is 10% crit dmg. It should be obvious which one is best out of the three. A simple demi + detection is enough to outscale frenzy or giants. After that comes assassin for faster kills on bosses, destruction for 2% special dmg, shock for 3 crit (no need for spirit perfume then), and concentration and frenzy for accuracy and ap needs (not that there are any).
Why Khalk?
Movement speed +5%. I doubt it has much impact but it feels good to use and is cheap. It's not neccessary.
What's the mainhand?
It's called Ain Morning Star, it's 17demi ap better than PEN bs. Payoff is losing 40acc and 2% crit dmg. Accuracy doesn't matter ever since we have t3 addons, 2% crit dmg is miniscule compared to 17demi ap.
If accuracy doesn't matter then why vipers and elkarrs in your crystal set?
I ran out of slots, if I could I would use 6-8 carnage crystals instead, but I can't do that and I certainly don't want to P2W crystal slots to make PA feel good about their outdated crystal storage model.
Is it neccessary to use Ain Mainhand?
No, you don't have to do it but it feels good to be using a 1bil item that outscales a 140bil one.
How to itemize for demihuman elvia spots like orcs or fogans?
First of all, check your total AP on garmothcom's gearplanner, if it's over the cap you can start having fun. From the highest to lowest priority here are the swaps you should do:
Demihuman lightstone set - Elixirs - Ain - Exquisite cron meal - Crystals
Most people will be fine with just lightstones + elixirs, anything after that is just a minmax territory.
SPOT MECHANICS:
I'll focus on Marni here since it's better than the outside (that I already covered in my channel before). For a no weapon grind you have 8 packs with 12 violents and 40 regular mobs. Weapon grind adds a few more packs (number doesn't matter here, they're 3-4 mobs each anyway) consisting of 33 regular mobs and 0 violents. Apart from that we have 3 travals respawning every 5min. And around 1-10 princes titiums (rng dependent). Regular mobs drop 1-4 tl, violents drop 5-10tl and seeds, travals drop 15-20tl and seeds. Princes drop 50-100tl each, while also dropping 1-2 seeds, 1-3 okiaras, bmc, 10+ blackstones. All tl numbers are shown in base values, yellow is 2x that.
Math is nice but what ultimately matters is that violents always have a priority, their lives are worth more than regular mobs' lives. In order to grind fogans efficiently you want to always target violents.
GUIDE:
Do the 8 packs I do here, if you're too slow skip one pack with 1violent. Once you have a weapon you go fast and kill everything, if you ever start overclearing you need to stop and wait for a 1-2s on one-two packs, it's best if you alternate the packs you're waiting on to maximize the amount of trash loot you get. Travals are nice to kill when you have a weapon, if you don't have one you should ignore them unless they come close to you, wasting 5s on reaching the traval, killing him and going back is enough for 3 pet cycles, that's more than one traval's tl worth. In the video I often make this mistake, that said, I'm also overclearing if I go too fast so it's a bit justified.
COMBO:
There's not a single BIS combo that always works, it's all situational, a combo that oneshots one pack may not do anything to a different pack. Mobs position, player's angle, player's position, accel's state, cooldowns, violents' count and position, it all matters when determining what combo should be used. Generally you start with big aoe and finish with smaller, that's the best tip I can give without going into specifics for each pack.

With a weapon buff almost every single nova's skill oneshots mobs. Narc's weapon might increase pets uptime slightly by lowering the number of frozen ring ticks needed to kill mobs, but I doubt it has a noticeable impact on trash loot, at least in marni. - เกม

For someone that absolutely HATES Orcs, but I enjoy Jade, Fogans, and Bloody, do I really have any other option but to suffer through it?
Is there no where else I can go for grinding outside Jade Agris for ~290/380 Nova? Since Furious are required for every Cup?
Sadly that's the case. We're forced to grind orcs and Castle ruins have been nerfed to the ground. That said, if you forget about all the hours you spent on fogans and bloody you can pretend that you're making 1.9bil/h at orcs. Alternatively if you already have yellows and blues you can get a 5bil cup every 2h at orcs.

I think the old triple room video (60k blue agris) still applies well. We have way more dmg nowadays though.
Currently you should be looking at around 107-108k trash on yellow agris, any more than that and you're overclearing.

Definitely not the limit. Back when we didn't get a single nova buff and kratuga trash loot buff wasn't yet a thing I got 49.3k blue agris with tuvala gear. In current trash loot that would be 84.8k/h yls agris. And that was before all the addons, and class buffs we got. 79-81k isn't the limit. From what little tests I had in hystria with 275ap gear I noticed that current's 275ap is just as good as the old days' 305-309ap.

No it doesn't. But 1% cast speed is better than 0.25ap I'd get with ap crystals. Demi crystals got removed today too.

Which of the yellow shard places do you find to be the best?
Biraghi for shards. Nagas for silver if you don't care about shards. Bloody for exp.
Biraghi best silver if you craft cups, mainly due to opportunity cost. Less hours spent on yellow shards means more hours at orcs or fogans.

Can you explain when do you use SQ and F? Also what do you generally cancel into SQ?
SQ mainly for movement, F mainly for dmg and cancels. Almost anything cancels into SQ, so something like SHIFTW, SHIFTRMB, brutal, SHIFTE, WRMB, SLMB, Q etc.

Dash after jump is just accel shiftlmb. Fast movement is just accel shiftw lmb spam and skills like WF SQ and WQ.
Without demihuman lightstones and ain weapon, which one you think is better, kratuga or fogans/orcs?
Kratuga with agris > orcs/fogans > kratuga without agris

I'm very slow with my nova, I also don't know how to grind for more than an hour with it, my hands hurt hehe
Just gotta slow down or farm squishy spots like orcs or fogans. Most packs die with just two skills.

Fogans or orcs is a good place to start. They're ap capped, if you just use elixirs + demi set you'll be pulling 35k+ trash loot/h in no time.

Not really a specific combo. Nowadays orcs die to 1-2 skills and you're using almost the entire skill set. You can check my orc videos to see what I mean, but the latest one is with at least 30% less dmg than we can get nowadays.
I'm at 265 ap, do you think I should wait to be at orcs and spots similar? Just using tet k and bs
fucking hell, i tried with maegu and it is JUST terrible. 32k, without weapon - giga sadge, almost twice lower clear speed than you and with weapon - maybe even better than nova or equal
I know, maegu is just not fast enough and WE/RMB nerfs make it a bit difficult to pull the violents. I think it's nova only spot at this point. Can't think of anything else that would be able to compete, you need both good aoe and fast movement.

In cases like that it's best to look at garmoth dmg calc. AOA is usually better than other options, species lightstones are better in elvia, or in high DR spots with relatively low AP caps (cyclops 915-1000, dehkia turos 915-950 for example)
It's all just math at this point, we know the formulas.
