Disclaimer -
I do not recommend you to play nova nor expect to get the same results as me since this kind of grind is tedious and done with the best PVE setup possible in the game (missing enhancers + ap belt and maybe something else i forgot to pop).
This was also done with x2 nodewar buffs which is an extra 50 ap (i had leftover scrolls so for future cases i would only have +25 ap)
This is not representative of my actual TL/HR, i recorded 3 diff hours for this video and got 30734/30784/30870.
A more realistic TL per hour would be more around 29000-29500 but the grind would be more chill.
I'd like to add that there is definitely some room to push for 31500 +-.
I spent most my time grinding the other rota and on succ maegu as well so I still need to get used to this rotation since i only did 12 to 15 hours here.
I also need to find the best way to extend the rota for me and how i should clear birds since i feel like they're not that benefiting (11 birds is not that much, i'd say its around avg with high efficiency and drop rate)

Hey,
To engage packs i either use brutal ring or shift lmb on accel, you want to use those as an engage to weaken the visionary in order for him to debuff the rest of the pack and then you can apply your damage.
When it comes to non-engarde phase i use brutal ring >S Q ap buff + closing gap > F addons + evasion debuff > S LMB dp shred > Q if it's on cd then place it whenever you can > SHIFT Q > W Q if you don't have accel back by then then just do a few ticks of S LMB even if its on cd into W Q then S LMB etc...
If you have engarde and want to engage with brutal ring then you do BRUTAL > S Q > F
If you wanna start with SHIFT LMB, i personally like to skip S Q sometimes and go directly into F after SHIFT LMB
after F in engarde i'll most likely use whatever is up and prioritize W Q or SLMB into SHIFT RMB or > SHIFT Q

Written engarde combo : Brutal ring (hotbar) > S+Q> F > S+LMB > W +Q > SHIFT RMB/SHIFT LMB rotate each pack > SHIFT+Q if the pack isn't dead by then add S+F for attackspeed boost when you don't have zbuff + it's a nice finisher.
Note that with my current setup it's hard for me to have a consistent skill rotation since i clear packs really fast so often skills are on cd and i need to adapt on the next pack.
This also forces me to alternate between both engages, if your ap is lower then you can go for brutal ring engage most of the times and use shift lmb in your combo when shift rmb is on cd.

Arent you constantly leaving loot behind? You k 8 mobs and insta run to the next pack. Not saying it's not worth tho.
Iam and i also value engarde uptime so im fine with leaving 1 or 2 loot behind, most times 1

I checked and i assume he uses it for the 20 accuracy to avoid using accuracy crystal and go full ap monkey

Like i said in the first line of the description i do not recommend nova at all for a long-term pve arc unless you're an efficiency freak like i can be most times
