I wonder if your cam jumped a tooth. That is an odd powerband even with smaller turbos at 500whp and for your CAS to suddenly be off by 15degrees is strange too. Great looking r32 though! (EDIT: Double checked and each tooth on the cam gear is 15degrees crank. CHECK YOUR TIMING!)
I was talking with Josh from Tommys shop and he said some of the newer cas' can be off 15 deg from the origianl one because they changed over the years. At the end of the day we realized our issue was a grounding problem, so we put my CAS back in, set the timing, then did another pull to verify the power didnt change
@@MotionAutoTv I would definitely be putting on a different trigger kit even if it's an NZ Wiring cas kit. They work much better with aftermarket ECUs. It wouldn't hurt to pull your cam cover and double check the timing marks as something about that dyno graph isn't right after the grounding issue was resolved. I hope I'm just seeing things!

Dump truck fan I feel you pain my 2500HD has one on the 6.0 I want to replace it with the factory GM electric fans cause they work great and they're reliable.
A prp trigger kit with their new adjustable cam gears would be ideal for a high end rb even for a relatively mild engine their new cam gears are hard anodised and the adjustment is lockable and the trigger kit looks pretty sweet

Fine for a bump from stock power numbers, but outdated tech. Also incredibly expensive for what you are getting. G-Series will be a big upgrade and Borg Warner EFR would be even more so. Not that it isn't cool as hell and making plenty of power, just has that major fall off. I am surprised just how much they fall off though. Fun stuff I love the R32!

24psi at peak torque on pump on a SBE is suicide, definitely keep it on E85. 10.7 AFR at the top of a run is why the power rolls over so hard. And yeah, definitely advise an NZ wiring trigger kit. You’d be amazed how far those 30 year old CAS’s drift on timing. We’ve gone 700+ on stock 26’s and well into the 9’s over here in aus. But yeah. Can’t be afraid of it. Get the fuel out of it up top and it’ll really wake up that back side of the curve. Cool street car :)

It seems like you got a really good setup going! Twins were a good choice. A big single wouldve probably ruined the daily driveability and it wouldve turned into a straightline car. With this setup its more of everything. 430 on pump is really good! Don’t know what others were expecting? 500 on E is amazing!
FYI, I got your GTR box, and the sweatshirt in it is shit compared to the boost weather one I got a few months ago. Boost weather is much thicker and heavier.

Correct it’s a mid weight hoodie and the boost weather is a heavy weight. Not the same hoodie. The boost weather is more expensive
