Older lake communities are actually better for families, such as Sundance, Lake Chapparal etc. New communities like auburn bay and Mahogany are overrated. Sure, houses are newer, but lots are smaller, traffic is more difficult to navigate, schools are extremely congested, further away from natural parks like Fish Creek park.
hi i would like to make an appointment with you but don't have your contact information. how to make an appointment with you to purchase home in calcary
Then I guess I missed it because I was fast forwarding thru each one. But notice at the end of each section, there was no #1 listed in the bubble, so I just assumed. I just have no patience to listen to everything. I guess that's what social media does to people. Haha
I urge you to talk more about newer communities in NE, I get that there is more crime and more culturallly diverse but couple of my investment in NE have gone up by more than 10% average in couple years in alsoultely wonderful family neighborhoods. I personally would like to just hear more about that side as well rather than almost not at all. Love your videos man.
The point of Mahogany is to get away from everyone else. I would buy there if they weren't building a future C Train station there. What a disappointment
Totally agree..I don't really like Mahogany. The access to Deerfoot and Stoney isn't that great and driving through the community is so annoying. If you want to get in and out of the community it is already 10-15 minutes...
Have you heard a new community called cambell right beside cross iron mills
Lake Chaparral should be in your top 3 list for family friendly, lake community and hidden gem! :)
Really great community. You are correct!

I was hoping you wouldn't mention Silver Springs. I need to get in before it becomes even more unaffordable. Just say Scenic Acres, it's close enough.
Let us know how we can help make that a reality. www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/

Don't buy in the NE, unless you are the NE. Please stay away from the NW 😮😅😂
SW and SE are overpriced, so ............
The NE is India.
नए देश में आपका स्वागत है
What's with not listing the #1 on every one of your categories? That irks me so much.
🤔 we talk about the number one for each category. Not sure I follow.

@@drenalin_junkie lol it’s good to take it slower sometimes. 🙌🙌
Please can you review cornerstone, redstone, skyview and cityscape in Calgary NE
What would you like to know about them?
Should stay away 😂😂😂
If it's a good area to invest or stay away@@ChamberlainGroup

Thanks for the comment and something to consider
Too much traffic there in the newer NE communities.
Tuscany is the best
If you like it you will buy it.
No legacy? Lots of young professional families with young kids. Really did not know any major crimes.
It is a great area. Can’t name them all 😂
Mahogany is a crappy place to live. Try driving the maze. Try driving into the city core from any southern neighborhood.

This is a great point and something I personally look at when I buy personally. How long will it take me to get out of the community.
So is most 'newer' communities in Suburban Calgary. The developments just get bigger and bigger and all curvy roads.
@@drenalin_junkie 100% this! Lots of people don't understand what additional mobility brings to their communities - violence.
Where I live there is NO crime because I live in my neighborhood and criminals know who I am 😂
I’m not sure if that’s good or bad 😂
who are you?
