is metallic ink prone to clogs in the way white ink is? not sure if i should do the metallic config or 4 color.. metallic sounds fun, already have a bunch of patterns lined up just in case, otherwise they are easily just printed as 4 color and i could ditch the metallic design..
this is old, but if it helps you do the cut contour on the design software you use and then transfer to the roland software and it should register the cut contour and show you where it is going to cut.

Personally i think roland went cmyk because of all the issues they were having.
