    Honestly the worst part about cooking in a big pot is cleaning it. I’m always stuck doing it by myself ! Lol

    Kinda envy you guys that cook in the big pots. Biggest for me is a 4 gal. Use a 8 qt. 99% of the time. Never tried the grape seed oil. have to give that a try. I use olive oil mostly. Good video by the way.

    I use olive oil and salt.

    Why do you use grape seed oil?

      Coats really well and has a high smoke point. It can better handle high heat cooking.

      Kosher salt is abrasive and natural. So it’s great at getting up and stubborn food with out the use of any cleaning products.
