Now verse 3 in NLT With joy you will drink deeply from the fountain of salvation! Jeremiah 2vs13 “For my people have done two evil things: They have abandoned me- the fountain of living water. And they have dug for themselves cracked cisterns that can hold no water at all! Clearly when Isaiah said "the wells of salvation" he was speaking about God from whom we have our salvation. He is the wells/springs/fountain of salvation. That's not what that song said, "it said channels of my spirit" which is outside of the parameters of scripture.
