Abel Damina didn't say once you're saved you can do everything with your body. No!! He never said that. He said that a person who is truly saved will not go on sinning.
It is your spirit that is save didn’t begin with Abel Damina, I first learned it from Andrew Womack who as at then was preaching it in Abel Damina Station (KNL tv) and then Abel Damina was still preaching the prosperity gospel. As at then I thought Andrew Womack was right, but I later discovered from scriptures that he was wrong. When later Abel Damina jumped into this line without even making reference to Andrew Womack as though he is the originator of it I already knew he was wrong. Some people said that Abel damina is giving people license to sin. No!! He's not. If so, who give cain the license to kill his brother? In other words, who give cain the license to sin? 2000 year's ago people have been sinning without license. Yet when pastors preach the grace message, people say their given license to sin. No one is given a license to sin. Sin is a choice. You can chose to sin or Not. I remember as a christian, those days after I've become born again, honestly I've never heard of the Grace message before. In fact ,i don't even know grace message. All i know is salvation and nothing else. Many years later, still a believer, i found myself fornicating with......... after, i told myself that am not going to fornicate again, but again and again, i find myself becoming addicted to FORNICATION. Remember am still a believer, tongue talking, prayerful yet forincating. Do i like what am doing? NO!! Is it my pastor who told me, now that you're born again your spirit is saved therefore it doesn't matter what you do with your body, you can go on and do everything with your body? NO!! It's a choice. why? because deep within me i know its not good to do that ( fornicate) but i refuse to listen to the inner man( the Holy Spirit). Does Grace give me license to sin? NO !!!. It doesn't. I chose to do it, though i knew it's not God's will for me, yet i did it. But when i heard the true gospel of Grace and what Christ has done for me, then i began to study the bible myself to find out if those things i heard were true. In my study, i came across a verse which says the GRACE OF GOD WHICH BRINGETH SALVATION HAS APPEAR TO ALL. This verse alone made me realize that grace is a person and is the person of Jesus Christ. One day i listen to one preacher who said those who preach grace are making people to sin by taking advantage of this grace message. After taking what the preacher said into consideration, i ask myself this, How can Jesus give me license to sin since he is the grace of God? I ask myself this. Some months later, i began to study the concept of grace in the bible from Abraham, David, Joseph, Moses, etc and travel to the new testament and find out that all this people that i have study are not perfect but it is the grace of God that keeps them going. The story that touch me the most is King David. He committed fornication with Belsheba and ordered his men to put Uria, belsheba's husband were he could be killed, he was killed yet God's grace preserve him. When i discover the grace of God through those stories, my life have changed. No more fornication, because i have understand that the grace of God is for my benefit and not a license to sin ❤❤❤❤❤. There is eternal security in Christ. What we don't have is unconditional eternal security. Jesus gave us eternal ( not temporary) life, but it is conditional upon our faith IN Christ
If salvation is not eternal, God wasted his son. God will become a man, live in this filthy world, die even the death of the cross (shamefully) for our sins, nailed sin and the law on the cross, rose again for our justification (acquittal). The response of the believer to a God that would make salvation available to us who didn’t deserve it, is to work out our salvation! It is apart of growing and being fruitful in our salvation. Romans 12:1 calls it our reasonable service! John calls it eternal life! Ephesians tells us we are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise. Jesus in the gospels said he would not lose one of us but that the Father had given him but would raise us up in the last day.

If salvation is not eternal then Jesus died for nothing. An eternal God cannot device a temporal salvation plan. There is no scripture that supports the notion that salvation is temporal. Please pastors, If you are born again, I mean born again, you cannot lose your salvation. Abel Damina made references to pertinent scriptures. yet none of you have controverted the scriptures, but just preaching from your emotions. I have been in a particular church for almost 3 years now. I saw them inside out and I can tell you majority f them have no encounter with the saviour. Yes, they have been in church yet no Zoe life of God in them. They have learnt over the years the language of the church. They even quote some Scriptures, worse still some of them are leaders in the church. I now know why. Their foundation is very flawed. They were never exposed to the message that bring salvation, which is the message of the cross. When a preacher preached on healing and concluded that if you want to start enjoying healing you must give your life to christ. When someone responds to alter call in that circumstance, he is is not and cannot be born again, sir. Apostle paul said, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.. for therein lies the power to save a soul. It is the gospel that save, no other message. Most people in such megachurches become "born again" in some other way. It is the lifestyle of those people, who unfortunately are unstable that makes these pastors disbelieve eternal salvation. When a man encounter jesus, His life is changed forever. One of the hallmark of salvation is you cannot be comfortable in sin. How can you say you are born again and remain in sin, or live your life the way you like? no. There is no pattern life that in gospels and the epistles. The problem is that you consider sin to be, fornication, adultery, lying, murder, stealing, unforgiveness, etc. What about the very small, innocent sins? Are they not sin too? But the Bible teaches that Man is a spirit. Jesus was just pointing out the difference between man and ghost. The people who first saw Him after He rose thought He was a ghost . A ghost doesn't have flesh and bones but that doesn't mean man isn't a spirit, a living man is not a ghost. Jesus Himself is a quickning Spirit and we are created in His image and likeness.
Man is a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. The bible tell us we shall have a body in resurrection. The Luke 24:39 the preacher read points to a resurrected Christ and not his spirit. Am sure if Jesus appears to anyone of us today it will be by his spirit but we will all have this(resurrected) body at resurrection(1cor 15:51-52)

Flesh and blood is the fallen body. We will receive a new body in resurrection. Man is forever a creature with body, not just a spirit. A spirit without a body is naked. Its not God's definition of Man. Christ is our example, when he resurrected, he was not a naked spirit without a body. Resurrection means being clothed with a new body. II Corinthians 5:3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked.

@okoroaforpatrick9010 Another misinterpreted scripture. Man is a spirit clothed in a "body". The body was given to man to be able interact with "matter" which his environment is composed of. So while Adam and Eve spiritually interacted with God (who is a Spirit), theymaterially interacted with creation including, animals and the environment. When man sinned, death (separation) occured. Spiritual death (his spirit man became separated from God) and physical death ( breath or life separated from his body). At new birth in Christ, God who is a spirit gave birth to us. What is born of Spirit is spirit and what is born of flesh is flesh (John 3:6). That's why we are now able to worship him in spirit and in truth. When we shall be raptured, we will drop our mortal bodies to wear our immortal bodies (just like christ).

That's true. The Scriptures sufficiently and abundantly teaches about the security of the believer.. But like you said, many folks don't really know what that "believe" truly means; To believe in God or His Christ biblically means 3 things: 1. To assent to all that God has said or made known 2. To commit oneself to Him 3. To personally trust Him in obedience These are the 3 core indicators we must consistently see in a true believer. Many ends with 1 and are walking with stage 1 ans that's why many finds it difficult to accept that a believer can never perish. Yet, Jesus plainly said whoever believes shall never perish. So sir the main question should not be who is a believer. The main question should be why did Jesus die for your sins. When you find that out why, then you know that its matthew 7:2 and Galatians 2:20. that makes one into a Believer(which is not what God ordined us to be) but rather Sons of God(Which is takes a process and every believer has to good through it). Man is a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. The bible tell us we shall have a body in resurrection. The Luke 24:39 the preacher read points to a resurrected Christ and not his spirit. Am sure if Jesus appears to anyone of us today it will be by his spirit but we will all have this(resurrected) body at resurrection(1cor 15:51-52)

Salvation authored by Christ is Eternal in nature. What makes you a believer is the gift of eternal life in you, then no man including yourself can snatch you out of God’s hand. To say or imply that “once saved, forever saved” is a teaching started by Damina is either sheer ignorance of Church history, or a deliberate act of deception by these teachers to mislead their gullible followers that this doctrinal position is a new wave and thus not founded in scriptures and tradition. “Once save, forever saved” AKA “Eternal Security” AKA “Perseverance of the Saints” is a doctrinal position held by Classical Calvinists such as Presbyterians and Moderate Calvinists such as Baptist, as well as a few other historic and modern Christian denominations. IT IS NOT NEW. And it’s certainly not Damina’s. Classical Calvinists believe that apostasy is impossible for the truly regenerated. Saying a believer can be unsaved is an insult to God and Jesus Christ who saves and it is clear contradiction with scriptures. A few questions: 1. how many times do we get born again or saved? 2. How much sin does it take for one to lose their salvation. 3. Do we lose our salvation each time we sin? If yes, how do we get it back in this case? Do we believe in Jesus afresh? Some people said that Abel damina is giving people license to sin. No!! He's not.

2000 year's ago people have been sinning without license.
Yet when pastors preach the grace message, people say their given license to sin.
No one is given a license to sin. Sin is a choice. You can chose to sin or Not.
I remember as a christian, those days after I've become born again, honestly I've never heard of the Grace message before. In fact ,i don't even know grace message. All i know is salvation and nothing else.
Many years later, still a believer, i found myself fornicating with......... after, i told myself that am not going to fornicate again, but again and again, i find myself becoming addicted to FORNICATION. Remember am still a believer, tongue talking, prayerful yet forincating. Do i like what am doing? NO!! Is it my pastor who told me, now that you're born again your spirit is saved therefore it doesn't matter what you do with your body, you can go on and do everything with your body? NO!!
It's a choice. why? because deep within me i know its not good to do that ( fornicate) but i refuse to listen to the inner man( the Holy Spirit).

But when i heard the true gospel of Grace and what Christ has done for me, then i began to study the bible myself to find out if those things i heard were true.
In my study, i came across a verse which says the GRACE OF GOD WHICH BRINGETH SALVATION HAS APPEAR TO ALL. This verse alone made me realize that grace is a person and is the person of Jesus Christ.
One day i listen to one preacher who said those who preach grace are making people to sin by taking advantage of this grace message. After taking what the preacher said into consideration, i ask myself this, How can Jesus give me license to sin since he is the grace of God? I ask myself this.
Some months later, i began to study the concept of grace in the bible from Abraham, David, Joseph, Moses, etc and travel to the new testament and find out that all this people that i have study are not perfect but it is the grace of God that keeps them going. The story that touch me the most is King David. He committed fornication with Belsheba and ordered his men to put Uria, belsheba's husband were he could be killed, he was killed yet God's grace preserve him.
When i discover the grace of God through those stories, my life have changed. No more fornication, because i have understand that the grace of God is for my benefit and not a license to sin ❤❤❤❤❤.

If salvation is not eternal then Jesus died for nothing. An eternal God cannot device a temporal salvation plan. There is no scripture that supports the notion that salvation is temporal. Please pastors, If you are born again, I mean born again, you cannot lose your salvation. Abel Damina made references to pertinent scriptures. yet none of you have controverted the scriptures, but just preaching from your emotions. I have been in a particular church for almost 3 years now. I saw them inside out and I can tell you majority f them have no encounter with the saviour. Yes, they have been in church yet no Zoe life of God in them. They have learnt over the years the language of the church. They even quote some Scriptures, worse still some of them are leaders in the church. I now know why. Their foundation is very flawed. They were never exposed to the message that bring salvation, which is the message of the cross. When a preacher preached on healing and concluded that if you want to start enjoying healing you must give your life to christ. When someone responds to alter call in that circumstance, he is is not and cannot be born again, sir. Apostle paul said, I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ.. for therein lies the power to save a soul. It is the gospel that save, no other message. Most people in such megachurches become "born again" in some other way. It is the lifestyle of those people, who unfortunately are unstable that makes these pastors disbelieve eternal salvation. When a man encounter jesus, His life is changed forever. One of the hallmark of salvation is you cannot be comfortable in sin. The problem is that you consider sin to be, fornication, adultery, lying, murder, stealing, unforgiveness, etc. What about the very small, innocent sins? Are they not sin too? So while Adam and Eve spiritually interacted with God (who is a Spirit), theymaterially interacted with creation including, animals and the environment. When man sinned, death (separation) occured. Spiritual death (his spirit man became separated from God) and physical death ( breath or life separated from his body). At new birth in Christ, God who is a spirit gave birth to us. What is born of Spirit is spirit and what is born of flesh is flesh (John 3:6). That's why we are now able to worship him in spirit and in truth. When we shall be raptured, we will drop our mortal bodies to wear our immortal bodies (just like christ).
It is not yet clear "What we SHALL be". That is future. Because we know that FLESH AND BLOOD CANNOT inherit what we will inherit. But Jesus wasn't flesh and blood when He rose. He was "flesh and bones".

That's true. The Scriptures sufficiently and abundantly teaches about the security of the believer..
But like you said, many folks don't really know what that "believe" truly means;
To believe in God or His Christ biblically means 3 things:
1. To assent to all that God has said or made known
2. To commit oneself to Him
3. To personally trust Him in obedience
These are the 3 core indicators we must consistently see in a true believer.
Many ends with 1 and are walking with stage 1 ans that's why many finds it difficult to accept that a believer can never perish. Yet, Jesus plainly said whoever believes shall never perish. Simple and Final!

He doesn't preach that, he rightly divides the Word. Please show me that video, just like you're showing videos of other preachers who're preaching against that message. Man is a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. The bible tell us we shall have a body in resurrection. The Luke 24:39 the preacher read points to a resurrected Christ and not his spirit. Am sure if Jesus appears to anyone of us today it will be by his spirit but we will all have this(resurrected) body at resurrection(1cor 15:51-52)

To say or imply that “once saved, forever saved” is a teaching started by Damina is either sheer ignorance of Church history, or a deliberate act of deception by these teachers to mislead their gullible followers that this doctrinal position is a new wave and thus not founded in scriptures and tradition.
“Once save, forever saved” AKA “Eternal Security” AKA “Perseverance of the Saints” is a doctrinal position held by Classical Calvinists such as Presbyterians and Moderate Calvinists such as Baptist, as well as a few other historic and modern Christian denominations. IT IS NOT NEW. And it’s certainly not Damina’s.
Classical Calvinists believe that apostasy is impossible for the truly regenerated.
Moderate Calvinists believe those who exercise faith in Christ, through the finished work of Christ, are eternally secure.
None of the positions stated above declares that you can live however, and indulge in whatever sins you want and and you will be saved. And if Damina said that, then he too lacks understanding of the position.
Callous living as a result of adherence to the “Eternal Security” is a misrepresentation of the position, pushed by the ignorance or deception of antagonists who foresee a false logical conclusion of the position.
To the contrary, the position believes as in Philippians 2:13 that “God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him.” Those who have no desire to please God are only indicating to themselves that they were never saved to begin with..
The position believes that salvation is not casual but truly miraculous and regenerative, that the person who gets saved becomes a new creation by the now in-dwelling presence of the Spirit. Such a person thus cannot say, “Ha, I am now saved, so let me now go and live a sinful life.”

Saying a believer can be unsaved is an insult to God and Jesus Christ who saves and it is clear contradiction with scriptures.
A few questions:
1. how many times do we get born again or saved?
2. How much sin does it take for one to lose their salvation.
3. Do we lose our salvation each time we sin? If yes, how do we get it back in this case? Do we believe in Jesus afresh? Since we are saved by Grace through Faith?
Unless we come to understand that salvation is not by works but by grace through faith and that Jesus is the author (starter) and finisher (perfecter) of our faith. We will keep saying things like this.
Finally, If Jesus is the author and finisher of our Faith (through which we are saved), losing salvation would mean Jesus failed in starting and perfecting our Faith.

Also I have come to the realization that no one is 100% right about the Bible and that's why it's better for us to know God for ourselves.
