My good friend, God created the firmament but there was no where it was written that he created devastating storms in the six days of creation. Due to sin of mankind who was a sort of portal to the system of the earth, the world and the whole of creation became corrupted. Everything started dying. This led to the storms, earthquakes, natural disasters of every kind, degradation of of the atmosphere e.t.c All this was as a result of Adam's sin😢 God had no hand in it. Exodus chapter 14 verse 4,8 and verse 17 suggested that God hardened the heart of pharaoh so that he will pursue the Israelites. Which means, God decided to end Pharaoh and his wickedness against the people of Israelites by hardened pharaoh's heart and leading him and his people to their destruction.
