You can buff the floor with this particular brand. Some you can't some you can. But it is not necessary to do so, as most homeowners don't have access or know-how to use a buffer properly.
1. If the scratches are in the sealer, you'll need to fill the scratch(s) in with compatible sealer to what is on your floor. 2. If it is in the concrete and removed the stain as well, you'll need to touch up the color and then the sealer. Both would again need to be compatible with what is already there. Hope that helps!

how long should I let it cure before placing furniture on top of sealed areas?
Usually just an hour or so. If you put it too thick you may need to wait longer. As long as it is not sticky you’re fine.

Use Richardson stained concrete floor scratch remover. Works great!
