I like ur demonstration I work at the dealer and u chose the most complicated way of removing u don’t have to remove the alternator to get that tensioner out at all u can take the belt off from behind the motor mount with a long 19 wrench easily without removing the engine mount doesn’t have to be slow either to get the water pump pulley off u can put a bolt from the bottom between the frame and the pulley and break them loose from the bottom than remove the harmonic balancer with weighted socket and remove the tensioner from the bottom within 30 minutes lastly the water pump pulley u can push to the front of ac compressor without having to completely take it out of the engine bay with alternator installed
I’ve removed the tensioners with out an issue and less than 10 minutes with just removing crank pulley with Milwaukee impact and weighted socket no need to touch the mounts and all u need is a bolt long enough to wedge into the water pump pulley to break the bolts lose I’ve done the job multiple times I work at Honda I can do the water pump in about 30-45 minutes tops and u gotta do is push the pulley for the water pump up and out of the way why mess with mounts than u gotta level them all and set them up the auto tensioner is 2 bolts and I’ve never heard of anyone removing it slowly or pushing it down but hey another way bub congrats
I found (on second time) that alternator is not needed removal at all - access to water pump pulley bolts and to tensioner bolts from below(lower an engine couple inches)
Tighten water pump pulley bolts to the specs(22 lb-ft) by inserting any bolt, pin into a pulley’s hole to prevent water pump spinning before you install a belt - then you do not need even to turn the crankshaft (first time I had to do the same - that is not necessary)
