For those who doing this and getting new belt i recommend bondo or oem if not it’ll have noise most case .i didn’t go that route and had to buy a bondo belt
Man nice job, but there is an easier way. Just replace the whole pulley and bearing as one unit. Way less labor. Video could be way shorter. Reverse threads on the tensioner pulley you replaced are the words you were looking for.
True true. In this case I decided to replace just the bearing since it's still the oem part plus replacing the bearing itself is very cheap. Two bearings for under 10 dollars. It's fin to restore parts whenever you can. Currently working on the bushings on the lower control arm. Next project will be power steering pump seals & bearing.

To get the belt off were you on the pulley or behind it?
Its the 14mm bolt on the pulley then push towards the back of the van to release pressure and undo the serpentine belt.
