- Today I am bringing to you my very emotional first time reaction to Moira Dela Torre and her song Paubaya starring Joshua Garcia & Julia Barretto. WHY DO YOU GUYS DO THIS TO ME. I cried haha. This was truly stunning piece not only for vocal coach to react to, but to also reflect on heartbreak, parting, letting go and healing. I left a few words of encouragement at the end of the video. According to the actor who played as the Priest, when they are going to shoot the last scene which is the girl apologizing the director ask almost all of the crew to go outside ter venue leaving only the Director, the two actors and camera men, the director instructed the two just say whatever they want to each other genuinely since they didn't have any proper closure in real life when they broke up. There's no script to be memorized there and all of the lines was adlibs. I think the reason why this hits hard is because we can feel the pain of these two, they are not acting, they are broadcasting their own life using the music video.

What makes the song more emotional is, due to the fact that, the actor and actress are ex-lovers and the song describes what they have been through.

Thank you for your genuine reaction and very wise words in the end, Kat. In the making of this MV (also available on TH-cam), Moira said that a break up is an opportunity to be thankful for the experience of getting to know the other person during the relationship and not just dwell on the hurt caused by ending said relationship.

Thanks for your mv reaction Katriinka. By the way, their lines are not scripted. In that mv, that was the first time they talk to each other after their breakup. During that scene, only the director, camera man and the two of them left inside so they can have a proper closure.

Hello Katrina!!! yeah I feel you coz that's exactly how this video made me feel when I first watched it.. for you to understand more sbout the whole video I would recommend that you do another reaction to this song"s behind the scenes. its awesome how they came about the whole idea. concept is finding forgiveness to everyone that's done you wrong and having the choice to move on and continue living and loving even if it hurts ❤️ sometimes...oh and yeah it's realistic coz they were real couple who recently broke up without closure.. and instead of a wedding vow it became parting vows where they filmed the part not having any script at all but they both just those lines from their actual emotions and made it like an official parting vows and forgiveness to each other.👍👌😎☺️🇵🇭❤️

I started watching this bcoz I enjoy hearing a meaningful & emotionally honest reaction. I thought the drama detracted from the artist’s performance. I lost the plot, distracted by my own lingering grief. Since we’re now off topic i want to point out that not all marriages end bcoz guys don’t put the marriage first or abandon the relationship. FACT: the actress and the actor were real life couple but they broke up coz the girl fell in love with another man(also an actor from same network) and they haven't have the chance for closure. Until the actor had a 'teleserye/movie' with another girl , so they had their own lives (before this music video) that's why there's a big impact to the viewers when everyone saw this music video, it went trending coz the short conversation/film was actually their closure. Everyone felt them. 🥺😭💔
