    मैं 62 वर्ष का रिटायर्ड बैंकर हूँ. अभी दो महीने पहले रेटीना प्रॉब्लम के कारण पहली बार मुझे शुगर diagnose हुई और वो भी HbA1C निकला 10.4%. As usual डॉक्टर्स ने BP और Sugar की दवाएं लिख दीं पर मैनें आपका प्रोग्राम यही कोई दस बार देखा और 10 दिन बाद दवा लेना छोड़ दिया और डाइट कण्ट्रोल किया और 10 किलो वजन कम किया. डाइट को फलों सलाद cheese दही मखन से बदला और bp 85/130 तक लाया और sugar 100/140 तक लाया. रोज चार किलोमीटर से छ किलोमीटर walking करता हूँ और तीन महीने बाद फिर HbA1C चेक कराऊंगा. Packed बिस्कुट नमकीन बंद. अब देखते है क्या रिजल्ट निकलता है पर जागृत करने के लिए धन्यवाद.

    I did it on my own. Reduced by walking 2 miles every day. No carbs. Lot of salad, non-veg and good fat. Read about kito diet. Also listen to Dr. Jayson Fung.
    Yes, you can do it.

    Its not a rocket science to get rid of diabetes. Its easily curable if u are disciplined with your food and exercise. Your body needs time to heal, so always keep fast once a week. Its no big deal.

      कार्बोहाइड्रेट कम खाना है.प्रोटीन बढाना है.फॅट बढाना है.भूख मिटाने के लिये सॅलड जादा खाना है.हररोज कम से कम चालीसा मिनट ब्रिस्क वाॅकिंग करना है.पाच से दस मिनट सीढिया चढनेका व्यायाम करले तो एक बारमेही शुगर पचास युनिट से कम होती है.इंटरमिटंट फास्टिंगसे भी फायदा होता है.शाम छे बजे खाना खाया तो दूसरे दिन सुबह दस बजे ब्रेकफास्ट करना है.बीचमे अगर भूख लगे तो सिर्फ ब्लॅक टी या ग्रीन टी पीनी है.

    If anyone followed a strict diet then HBA1C could come in Normal range,
    It doesn't means your diabetes has reverse because HBA1C is test for average glucose level for last three months.
    You have to do GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test)
    Then you'll be sure about diabetes Reversel

    I lost my boy baby on the day of the delivery due to stillbirth the reason found in biopsy is due to GDM, which a doctor from Cloudnine, Bangalore could not diagnose diabetes, not tested any time during the pregnancy, and has not sent to an endocrinologist, I should have seen these types of video in the year 2013 so that i could have saved my precious god's gift (baby).

    Very useful information. It would be more useful if you had provided general menu for diabetic patients from morning to night. I have seen many videos on diabetes and one thing I have realized is carbohydrates is the main villain in diabetes .Thank you

    Diabetes could be high for that period due to many reasons. Eating could be one of the reason. Hba1c may have elavated in 3 months. Food control brought it back to normal level. Good you have understood the diet pattern.
