Follow Jainism not as religion but for scientific reasons. Its designed for everything mentioned in this video. An 8 year old kid does 3 -5 days fasting very easily in Jains house. 8 days, 15 days, 30 days fasting are normal during paryushana in jains.
at present i am not diabetic, but i have not checked fasting insulin i have BP and slight rise in LDL FOR WHICH IHAVE TAKEN MEDICATION and doctor stopped medication for cholesterol after 1 month and now i have not yet checked triglycerides and cholesterol but my BP will be upto 130/90 Some times 135/95 so i started taking medicine for BP ONLY 3/ 4 days in week And i follow break fast and lunch andi skip dinner since 1 year Now my question is it good or harmful to skip dinner in such a way 1 year ago i was 72kg and now my weight is 68kg Is it ok to follw such eating pattern

My hba1c 14.9 5 month ago and now after 5 month 5.4 hba1c my wegith loss 10 kg in 5month and now my reading after meal under 130 and my fasting under 100 now. Without medicine.

Irrespective of day and night. How to make insulin Resistance to insulin sensitivity. ? 1. Intermittent fasting. 2. Low carbohydrate diet. 3. Regular exercise. 4. Oral diabetic medicine. Above all keep happy besides self. Don't hurt people. Dispense happiness. .
My one Advice to new comers to the world of diabetic. Forget you have diabetic only remember when you want to eat some thing. My diet. B.F. : 500 grms fruits mix. (Less sweet is better) 50 arms Chuda to neutralize taste. Lunch. OMD. One meal a day. Dinner snacks. Whole grains. Mor eve tea as usual. I am not a doctor. Dietician either. Share my knowledge.
