I agree with the foot pegs. I put aftermarket pegs on that have more grip and actually lower the pegs .75 inches. I also used roaring toys links and lowered mine 1.5 inches. Also look into getting your seat cut. I had mine cut so i sit a touch lower and don't get pushed into the tank. As far as shifting, I don't have a quick shifter, but I clutchless shift everytime. It's a bit of a habit at this point. Upgrade your shift star too! Makes a huge improvement. And one last thing, up your rear tire to a 55 profile. That will help a lottt for cornering.
I have a 1in spacer under the clip ons, makes a big difference in comfort, if you lower the bike it changes the turning, my 2013 ZX14R is best bike I've owned
I added the 1inch under the clip ons as well it’s definitely more comfortable ride!!! And I want it lower to feel more planted to the ground!!! That’s how I felt on my S750 before!!!.
I have the 21 zx14 similar set up, 4 n 1 pipe, Brock exhaust with power commander 5. Great bike ! At times of pops and back pressure , I need to get it smoothed out .
I'm 6'2 ride a naked 600 (Hornet) but been looking to get something more fitting for my size. The only thing I have difficulty parting with is the 14k scream, I don't ride often so doubt if any of those you highlighted would be an issue for me.

I have the 2020 zzr1400...I lowered the footpegs and put 30ml bar raisers on, it made all the difference.. For context . I'm 6.2. Ive also had a custom seat made for more comfort. I changed the end cans, the standard End cans, were dam ugly for the non sport. Fitted a centre stand which I believe it should have had, because of my height and you may have the same problem (even with a double bubble screen) the wind hits you at speed..
Yes I still feel the wind hitting me it really sucks! But over all sounds like you made comfy, which is my ultimate goal to ride more comfortably. And I do wanna change my bar ends as well. But I have a few new things coming for it soon.

If you lower it the turning gets worse, if you're only riding highways and not twisties then you should go for something else
