What I love is that when Thuy started the patch on his cheek was a deep angry purple. And while a lot of people don't like when they sit there the push and push and all that blood comes out, what you see is the skin around the lesions become less and less red and return to a healthy skin color.

Tbh taking out those acne wont help. Its all about how to prevent it from appearing again and to treat the scars and inflamations. The client said he had gone to the dermatology... so i think this case is quite... helpless

@@dragonsky799 well i suffered from the same situation years ago and it was a real nightmare that causes tremendous inferiority complex. I feel for this client, places like this are ubiquitous in Vietnam, its a spa, not that kinda surgery thingy, those are not even doctor, they wont help, trust me

Ouch! That had to hurt. Although messy, bleeding has a tendency to wash out germs and bacteria, so good job on squeezing them to bleed a little.

Cystic acne has collected blood in the surrounding tissue dye to inflammation and infection. This actually looked like itd been pinched without helping it but bruising it worse. But Thuy always empties the old blood out of cystic acne and that's how she is able to help clear the infection because blood is a prime food supply for bacteria .

It's something you use to clean your ears and rub stuff on your skin. It's not a damn vegetable. 2. It doesn't even work as well as your fingers even
I’ve never been more happy for a patient/client than this one. So much gunk and infection just flowing out and natural color returning to their face. I could almost feel the relief through the screen. Bless this person and I hope you have a full recovery.

No. There was no “infected blood”. If there is an infection antibiotics are needed.
The fact that it’s bleeding so much means there is still mountains of pus underneath. He needs antibiotics
If it was light with puss in it it would be infected blood. This was just unnecessary. She was poking it and that was causing it to bleed
My doctor said unless you see puss in the blood there is no infection there. The blood is dark simply because it's on its way back to the heart for oxygen. That's why the dark blood is suddenly bright red on the cotton...it's gotten the oxygen it needed.

I had painful acne when I was a kid. Regular cleaning and clearing of the infections and pus and even just sebum is what helped the most. Was incredible how many people told me “picking” was disgusting and I shouldn’t do it. Ultimately doing it right helped me get rid of my acne. Squeeze the bad stuff out, clean, moisturize, repeat. I wish she’d squeeze more.

Why does she keep squeezing so hard when it’s just blood coming out? Won’t that bruise the patient? I was always taught to not pick zits.
I am no doctor so please take anything I say with a grain of salt. For watching A LOT of pimple popper videos, they keep squeezing to make sure they get all the cyst partials and puss out. Also I think it also has something to do with the walls on the pimple under the skin.

We know after you finish working, the patient gets a full cleasing treatment and also if its needed, you send them to see a doctor for antibiotic's prescription. I always want to take a cold wash cloth and clean them up and sooth their skin after I watch these
It seems to me that they should exfoliate, and use steam towels first, so that the pores would open more readily. And afterward, they should be soaked in peroxide or disinfectant to kill any remaining bacteria.

@@jenniferjuarez6622 they have a website listed that you can go to, you’ll have to use a translator program to read it. Plus there are a lot of people who’ve followed Thuy for a long time and they have explained different steps of the process. This is the only step that is filmed and posted and it’s a middle step. Thuy also gives at home instructions and antibiotics are OTC in Vietnam. She also works with at least one Dermatologist.

Actually she barely scratched the surface as that area had much more pus underneath which is why it kept bleeding.

But isn't the bleeding a good thing though, as that extracts a lot of the infected blood? Thanks for enlightening me. I just learned something :-)
@@George-rb6bv you have those little white pustules on the top that are in the pores but the cystic acne has much more pus underneath which is what makes the huge lump. The blood accumulates on top so it really needs to be cut more down to where the pus is and the fact that there’s so much blood squeezing out means there’s more underneath.

1-31-2022 My very favorite video. Back when Thuy could get all that infected blood, sebum and gelatinous contents out of there. Fantastic!! And a perfect example of how the cystic acne is all connected underneath. When you squeeze one place and blood shoots out of 10 places it is pretty obvious.

I imagine it is such a relief to the individual getting treated to have all that underlying infection removed from beneath the skin. I’ve watched this clip through several times, because I think the gentle thoroughness of the skin technician is so admirable.
