Those hard yellow ones exist because the technician didn't get the pores emptied. If you think this was a good video then you are sadly mistaken.

They might be a condition called "Milli".
It's a lipid fat like substance, NOT greenish or white over cooked rice looking from black/acne lesions.
That's why 90% of the time a blade is required for extraction, and they look like pearl like blobs, that are round.
This isn't a surgery or doctor's office, the blade they use is too large and liable to scar much more.
Been waiting for this one since we got a glimpse at this forehead a few days ago.

Dear TH-cam, why on earth have you not monetized Thuy’s videos!?! She deserves it!
I know, right?!! You may already know this and are just expressing your frustration (that the rest of us share), but in case you, or others new to this channel, don’t know: They demonetized her channel long ago primarily because of blood. You Tube considers any blood “graphic” or “gory” if not in an official “educational” or medical category. I’ve seen it happen to licensed medical professionals too.🙄 Which is ridiculous, IMO.
People who don’t like to see *any* blood also report her videos-which got her channel shut down more than once in addition to demonetizing it-rather than just moving on to channels & videos that don’t bother them.😑🤷♀️😑 That’s the reason I joined as a member. It’s not much ($1 per month) but at least I know it’s going straight to her to support her business and the time & money spent editing & uploading videos and maintaining the channel. Plus one US dollar goes a lot further in Vietnam than in the US. 🤦♀️

Why do yaw skip the big yellow ones?

She gets them, she typically saves them for last in an area where other smaller, non-inflamed acne is. She works systematically. Same style & method each time with few exceptions.
The big yellow ones have pus in them, and they bleed more. A LOT more. If she pops those first, it obscures her view with bleeding & pus and she won’t be able to get all the surrounding smaller ones… which are just as important to clear as the big ones because they will *become* bigger, inflammatory, pus-filled pimples if left alone. Those bigger ones are also more painful to pop. She avoids popping several in a row if possible.
It can feel frustrating, I know. But if you understand she works that way because it’s best for her client-rather than what we viewers want to see-it helps.

She did terrible damage to clients skin by digging her fake nails into it. Totally unnecessary force..skin should have been prepared properly before extractions 😮😮😮
The following is from her post of this video on another platform, a translation done there. So forgive the odd English translations from Vietnamese. I looked up bodysamsung, thought it might mean their camera? but it can mean "body shaming". She is saying these on the forehead are particularly difficult to extract. And she is saying: enjoy, don't criticize.
"Forehead video here everyone, this wound is very very hard and in the forehead area there is not much meat, so Thuy must do her best to get all the substance out, these wounds will heal after applying medicine and nourishing the skin for about 1 week will be normal again, so you watch the video to understand yourself, don't let go of bitter words, don't criticize the bodysamsung made by my customers, have fun watching the video 😍"
The technique to use both nails to press straight into the skin, instead of from both sides in a more relaxed way, is done on the forehead because the thinner skin prevents the use of the normal technique.
The marks on the skin are about as bad as the "kerala" lines you get on your skin from wearing tight clothes or from a wrinkle in a sheet you sleep on. And those are obviously not causing permanent skin damage, it's just temporary.
As for lancing depth, you're looking at the very end of a very small knife, and the depth of the cut is actually extremely shallow. And you're looking at a very close-in shot of the skin. It's really not that bad.
This was so satisfying seeing those pores emptied. Thuy is very efficient and thorough in her work, best channel.

I'm so amazed by the esthetician's ability to see something beneath the skin and while I'm wondering "Why did she poke there?" and sure enough a clogged poor or milia rushes out.
I try to remember that she is seeing in 3D, different angle than we see by the camera, and is touching/feeling the skin. Think that makes a difference. Besides she is so very good! So often she nicks the pore exactly!
