Not much to translate here. Thuy asks if he drinks milk. Mom says he drinks dehydrated milk where you add water. Also for those that don’t want her to show things on the cotton or show contents to the camera, maybe she wants to see it herself. And lastly, yes, he def needs some accutane or other antibiotic. Could they have done that and not poked at his super inflamed face? Yes. But would you have a video to watch? No. So… count yourselves lucky
My husband had cystic acne as bad as this all over his face, chest, neck and back. 45 years later he is still covered in scars (because acne like this scars). He is still traumatised by it now. This video has been helpful to see what he has been trying to describe to me what it looked like. Medical photos don't cut it. (He resolved it eventually - macrobiotic diet. Obvioualy other people will be different but it cleared up his). Thuy wasn't around in the 1960s!
@RosieSlosek utter nonsense - diet cannot cure acne, certainly not severe cystic acne. Your husband's timing of recovery was simply coincidence. The **only** treatment that can resolve cystic acne is one or several courses of accutane. Nothing topical will work, antibiotics won't work, and no amount of barbaric mutilation of the face will work. All of this will come back, and the technician is simply making the kid suffer. No doctor would touch a face that inflamed, and definitely wouldn't pick scabs.

Drs in Vietnam are hard to find. They have educated spa Owners how to treat serious skin conditions. What you are seeing here is Cystic Acne. It's heridetary and worsens with hormones. Thuy is a specialist in treating Cystic Acne and other serious skin conditions. She treated this boy when he was on summer break from school. Thuy made a series of this boy's treatments it's called the GY Series. Do a search for Sac Dep Spa GY Series and they should come up. Watch GY1 And at the top of the comments it tells you a lot about this boy and his treatments. It's a good series and he looked so much better after all of his treatments with Thuy - I think there are 25 in the GY Series. Happy watching!

He has that. He was already seeing a dermatologist and getting medication. But it just kept getting worse. So his Mom brought him from Taiwan to Vietnam to Thuy. He's still using the medication. Plus there are other treatments off camera that we don't get to see.
OMG I feel so bad for this kid! I'm so glad they're under YOUR care Thuy! I know they'll get the care they so desperately need. This reminds me of a severe acne inflammation case Loan had. Watching her was kind of infuriating cuz she wasn't as thorough as you.
I almost cried. I was thinking…when we watched Hung, there were 20 or 21 episodes, and they were 30-60 minutes long. At 10-11 minutes per episode, it’s going to be a while! 😆
I think it will take a while. At the very end you can see what the skin underneath his eyes is like, and it's full of whiteheads. Small, and not inflamed, but, that sebum is probably going to need to be removed too. And if that area of follicles is blocked, it doesn't look hopeful for the parts of his face we haven't ,yet, seen 😔
To me, this young man's looks more painful, more inflamed than Hung's. And yes, at 10 - 11 minutes at a time, we have maybe 5 months of videos to anticipate.

For people with similar acne: (I have bad acne too) See the flakes he has on the skin? It's because it is very dehydrated. My recommendations are: 1. Drink water. It will not have visible effects, but it is necessary. 2. Do not use harsh face soaps. If possible, use moisturizing ones, or for sensitive skin, with aloe vera... 3. After washing, dry your face with a strictly face towel, a very clean one, which you must CHANGE every 2-3 days. Most people say you should not scratch the skin. Well, in this case, you might need to, because your problem might be dead skin clogging up the pores. Scratch softly or roughly, whatever you want, but never to the point of pain. Use the same towel to dry your hands. You want them clean. As well as the product bottles you are going to use. 4. Always keep the skin moisturized, even if it's greasy. If you can afford it, use a tonic and a serum, preferably Hyaluronic Acid. If you can't, try making a tonic with rice water. I use Aloe Vera natural gel, either from the plant or the natural shop. That as a first step. Make sure to apple VERY LITTLE of the product. With VERY CLEAN hands. Second step is the creamy one. Use a hydrating cream. Whichever one you want, really. The one you can afford. Try it to have the less chemicals the better. No scent, it must not smell like anything. Better if it is for sensitive skin, for dry skin, wrinkles... not acne ones. Again, apple VERY LITTLE. Try to expand it without missing any part. Your face must feel and look greasy afterwards. That is what is going to protect your skin for the rest of the day. 5. Prolongue your skin care throughout the day. I'm an anxious and lazy person, so there are many things I have to avoid: do not touch your skin at any cost. Not pricking unconsciously, not touching it because a hair is bugging you, because of sweat or because you are tired... Do not let ANYTHING near your skin. Not your phone screen, not the public transportation's window... and very importantly, whenever you rest/sleep, ALWAYS a clean surface. But not normal clean, spotless clean. Change the f***ing pillowcase every 2-3 days. I know it is tiring, but look at it with disgust and microoscopic dirt living in it, and it will be easier. And the beautiful and even layer of moisturizer you applied at 7 am, trust me, will disappear. So: bring the moisturizer with you and something to clean your face. For example, face wet wipes, or some tap water, or a simple tissue will do. Clean the part you suspect has lost moist or feels dirty or has touched something, clean you hands and only then apply veeery little restock cream. Remember, as painful as it is, you'll have to do so every time you eat or wash your teeth or even blow your nose. * Wash your skin properly in the morning and in the evening. In the evening you can apply even less product. And in the morning you can apply sunscreen (not expired, please). * I prick my pimples if I watch myself in the mirror, and I feel bad afterwards. I seem to only focus on the imperfections and feel a need to erase them. Something that helps me a lot is, I only look at myself in the mirror to: make up. I know it may clog the pores, but if I apply it after the moisturizer it doesn't as much. Applying simple makeup helps me see myself better and therefore, not attack my skin. It's a mind trick. I listen to music while I make up, and after, you cannot touch your skin or you'll ruin your makeup right? And in the night, the same, except that you make your skincare routine like an influencer and feel proud (as well as tired XD). So if you feel proud you will not touch the skin. And... I imagine myself with horrible skin before taking out my makeup, so when I take it off and see that it's not that bad, I congrat myself :). I wrote a lot, but I hope it helps someone out there 🩷
I couldn’t help but wondering why they do not squeeze until it becomes empty. If they just do like that way, it would bring worse condition. Would they do in this way for making the customer keep visiting with worsen skin and taking a video to upload TH-cam? Is that so?
Translation: Her friend came to Thuy's spa with a severe inflammatory skin condition after 6 months of ineffective treatment. The mother is not here today, which makes me think that the boy will remain in Vietnam getting all the treatment and possibly be at a relative's house. Mom said they had family there…But that might just be my thinking.
I was wondering about that because back when Hung was treated, it was over a span of a couple months. She popped the initial pimples but then the skin pushed up the deeper ones which she had to wait to get out a bit later. I'm assuming this case would be like that one...not a solo treatment but rather a process.
I cant imagine what its been like for this young man the pain he has endured the amount of sickness his body has taught against from all the infection and toxins trapped in his skin. All the ridicule and stares from all those who only care about what's on the outside.
Thank you for the translation...and I agree! 😊
You still have to get the blackheads and whatever has not dried up, after accutane. I had 2 boys that used it. It is called something else now.
@@janetc3930 yeah my brother was on it. Waiting until it’s not so inflamed would have been good

Poor poor guy 😢can’t even imagine what he has and is going through with this acne. Traumatizing. Thuy will help. Hang in there. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🌷🌷🌷🌷
@@RosieS214 no one deserved acne. Terrible condition.

Urgente un dermatólogo para que haga un buen tratamiento
I hope this person heals well. What a strong young person this is. Anyone who has a complaint need to consider how much this HURTS
For people with similar acne: (I have bad acne too)
See the flakes he has on the skin?
I wrote a lot, but I hope it helps someone out there 🩷
6:08Du -te la dermatolog !!!!!😭😭👎
I couldn’t help but wondering why they do not squeeze until it becomes empty. If they just do like that way, it would bring worse condition. Would they do in this way for making the customer keep visiting with worsen skin and taking a video to upload TH-cam? Is that so?

The mother is not here today, which makes me think that the boy will remain in Vietnam getting all the treatment and possibly be at a relative's house. Mom said they had family there…But that might just be my thinking.
I was wondering about that because back when Hung was treated, it was over a span of a couple months. She popped the initial pimples but then the skin pushed up the deeper ones which she had to wait to get out a bit later.
