His neck is going to be on fire after this! Bless his heart, I winced when I saw how bad his acne is..... I hope the treatments will get everything under control for him very soon!
What he needs is a strong antibiotic prescription, a regular cleansing regimen, and possibly dermabrasion.
My acne was this bad growing up. Talked with doc and got me on a routine. Wash with mild disinfectant, exfoliate, moisturizer. Stay away from sugar, use sun screen, things like that, acne got a lot better rather quickly.
While this acne is so bad he should stop shaving his back. It’s causing folliculitis, ingrown hairs, and he needs less irritation and some medication
I feel for this chap. He's suffering in so many ways. I pray he heals quickly and enjoys life more.

This client is name Minh, he came with his sister. He’s 21 years old. He live in district 7th.. Thuy ask if he’s using anything for his acne? He said yes.. the one he’s using says to preventing from the inflammation.. Thuy says he needs to come for a few more sessions.. and she did recorded this if he wants to see the video Asked Hai the cameraman..but they won’t show his face.. cause all the acne are around his neck..

My heart goes out to these poor people. I always hope they are rewarded with better skin for bravely going through these difficult procedures.
They'd have better skin had their countries not had millions of gallons of Agent Orange dumped on them. Decades later their soil, water, jungles etc are still testing high for it.
Accutane was the best thing I ever did for my acne. I took it and my brother didn’t. The difference was amazing.

I enjoy watching the blood draining because I know it reduces itchiness. And it's actually less blood and more sap, despite the red color.

His face didn’t get infected from this, come on. Of course he came back for more treatments. It’s a course of extractions plus oral medication that treats severe cases like this. The infected pores have to be emptied out. You can’t just leave the cores inside to fester. The before and after photos of her work shows that her treatments work.

I remember when she & Hung were discussing his neck acne, she told him to always clean the chin strap of his helmet. You can see how that would accumulate dirt, grime, car exhaust, air pollution, and could irritate and then continuously re-infect his neck.

I love everything about these videos. The cash register, the snapping gloves, the walking back and forth, conversations, compressor for something, sirens outside, phone ringing totally knocks me out l mean the phone falls out of my hand.

I hate the cash register. I started listening to audiobooks while I watch these videos, and I don't hear it anymore. I especially don't like when you can hear the whimpering of her clients. But, pain is gain I guess in the acne business. I was blessed with a acne free complexion. I did have breakouts, of course, and I would pick at them so bad. I was always a picker. I used to beg my dad to let me do his back or pull out his beard hair with tweezers. So, I guess I am a lifer, and I love it.

I remember a guy in my high school had serious acne like this. Sometimes he would come to school with blood soaked bandages on his face. I would sit with him during lunch and recess so he wouldn't get bullied.
He should have cleaned the blood off his face..🤢

A few months ago we were told that they weren't allowed to show any blood and now they film this absolute battlefield! Good stuff, lots of chucks etc!

I hope this young man is getting medical treatment for his acne. I hope it's available for him. ☹️ Some of those areas must hurt at least a little, so inflamed.
Especially when they don't clean out the pore properly. It causes a post inflammatory condition & Thuy is totally unhygienic. Sigh.
@ Madeline I totally agree, if you watch the Enilsa videos, you can see how it should be done - totally different -hygienic, with Qtips, uses acne wash to help ease of popping & she systematically, gently clears the pores fully. Not like all this deep tissue pushing, incomplete, random squeezing, blood & bacteria! Looks like a pulverised, extremely painful mess, like someone has bashed his acne with a meat tenderiser. I can only grimace imagining the inflamed, infected result of all of this brutal, unsanitary “treatment” I could not watch all of the clip.

This certainly seemed like it was a difficult one to treat. And with her having to break open the already red and inflamed area, I’m impressed we didn’t hear signs of pain from the client. That looked very painful!

Does anyone know what they do to the skin once they are done? And why are cotton balls used that leave debris behind instead of something that doesn’t stick to the face?
Nothing much is done to the face hopefully they at least clean and close the pores once they are done but this is a Doctor/Dermatologist or Esthetician she is a pimple popper. In Vietnam they don't have any requirements for popping pimples they don't need any special training education or licensed to pop pimples.
I call these places Pop N Goes or Pop Shops they just pop pimples they don't treat the cause of the acne and with no real acne treatment medications oral or topical the acne just comes back again. For whatever reason these people just keep going to these pop shops over and over again. They don't get cured the popping just temporarily get rid of the acne. So they continue to have their pimples popped and all they end up with is scars pop marks and needing a plastic surgeon.
In the USA this isn't allowed to be done a person needs specialized training and education also licensed in the state the live and work. Only a doctor can't use a Scalpel or needle to make a open cut on a person. There are many nerves in the face one cut or stab a little to deep or in the wrong place could permanently damage a person's face. It could even cause parts of the face not to work, could even cause paralyzed portions of the face. Plus it can cause infections.
The cotton they use is horrible and should never be used to wipe blood and debris off the clients face the smallest piece of the cotton thread could cause infection by getting trapped inside the wound.
Vietnam is a poor country and they do things much differently then in some of the other countryside that provides good medical care. Like in the USA where this would never be allowed to be done to another person this type of treatment would get a business shutdown with huge fines and possible criminal charges. I don't know if these pimple poppers even know the damage they are and can cause so I'm not hating on the popper I guessing they are doing the best they can with what they got. I just wish some common sense was used like using good hygiene and working in sanitary conditions. The nasty gloves the cotton ball are all good ways to get infections and the stabbing deep into the clients face isn't good either it will cause Scaring it will show up more as the client ages. Plus having thier pimoles popped over and over and over again as on going treatment for acne is destroying the clients face.
I do like watching the pops it's amazing how big these blackheads and pimple are I'm always hoping the next pop will be even bigger. That being said I could go without see the nasty gloves and all the blood. Would like to see clean gloves proper gauze wipes sanitary conditions.
Sorry for the long comment just trying to give you some info, my husband lived in Vietnam for 12 years. He has some stories about these acne shops and they're not good. My old roommate was also from Vietnam she didnt have good things to say about these pop shops either. From what I've been told these pop shops are in every back alley every street corner there everywhere making promises of cure and beautiful skin but the clients never end up with that beautiful skin instead the get scars and pot marks. Also a lot of these shops are not on the up and up they are just trying to make a buck or two. I don't know if this shop on this video is a bad shop or not I'm not saying this popper is ripping people off cause I don't know.
Again sorry for the long comment just providing info that I've been told by people who at one time lived in Vietnam.
Now this is my kind of video with a quality skilled and talented esthetician working to get all the bad acne and cysts from this young man's face. Excellent work Ms. Thuy! 💯🎉💐
