Long time no see! Last Monday was a holiday (woo) which means another day in Seoul vlog~ I started off with brunch at the always busy Little Neck and then did some shopping, got my nails done etc. etc. etc. Best part about this video? You'll definitely get a laugh out of hearing me try to speak Korean with the nail tech. Enjoy!

Omg I totally get the blacking out thing when people are speaking to you. It takes my brain so long to process even if I do understand what they’re saying lol! When I studied abroad in France in college I tried to learn a decent amount of french before I went and when people would speak to me it took me so long to process even if I understood but by that point they would just say it again in English bc I was just standing there like a dumb dumb 💀 I felt so bad lol but it was exciting when I was actually able to respond
Totally! I have to like imagine the sentence written out in my mind's eye and solve it like a puzzle lol I know what you mean about finally being able to respond. I'm still not always correct - but at least saying something in return in Korean feels like an achievement~ 😇
