When you hit the pause button to read the captions, which often go by too quickly, the junk that YT pastes over this area obscures everything. Even your own "Subscribe The History Club" logo at the bottom covers some of your own captions. Move it up between top and bottom. Come on, man!
You really need to move the captions up to the top, from the bottom. When you hit the pause button to read the captions, the scroll bar and other YT junk obscures it all, and you cannot read it. Very very annoying.
There needs to be larger print in the captions

Custer’s rank is a bit confusing. He was a general only when he was a member of the United States Volunteers. When he was in the regular United States Army, he held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, which was his rank when he died at Little Big Horn.
Can’t read the captions at the bottom!
I was curious about the last duel in France. I wondered if they actually fought to the death because that’s how I picture a duel…especially one with giant sharp weapons. Fortunately that was not the case with this one. Ribiere lost the duel when it was stopped after R received two cuts on his arm, but he still went through with his wedding, which was planned for the next day.

True! The picture may have been from '23, but the way it is written makes it incorrect...
That picture of Custer is interesting ,showing his arrogance. I visited Secretary Sewards house in Auburn N.Y. and on the floor as you are coming in you will see marks made by Custers' spurs. They only went so far ,because Mrs Seward gave him an ultimatum. Remove the spurrs or get out. CUSTER obeyed he may have been a General but no one disobeyed Mrs. Seward. She was a formidable woman.
