In today's video, I wanted to show you some of the boxing combinations I practice on the heavy bag, specifically my 120 lb Aqua Punching Bag. The boxing combos are simple, effective, and realistic. Most of the time in boxing, the punches and combos that land are 4 punches at best. Although sometimes high level fighters can land some crazy barrages, on average the typical punches landed in a combination are 2-3 punches. If you guys enjoyed the video please give it a thumbs up and share with your boxing mates! Thank your very much for sharing. Just bought my bag two days ago. With the moves that you showcase in your video I get to slow down the pace / strength (roocky mistake) to focus on making these combinations as clean as possible!
Bro i want to box to protect myself, ive been bullied out if 50,000 , 19 pairs of shoes , 2 iPhones since august 2020 but no trainers in my city can i just buy one if these bags and hit and be able to learn with no trainers ?? Until i move to a city to get a trainer once I graduate
Brother, sorry to hear about your situation. But I believe you can overcome this. What you were asking if buying a bag to punch will help you train and learn, even with no trainer. I say YES! The heavy bag, any kind of punching bag is the most important tool for training when you are outside the boxing gym and if you have no one to train with. I highly recommend you get a heavy bag if you have enough money. Just practicing the basics on it will help you defend yourself! Hope everything works out!
Yes these combos are a good place to start! Maybe skip number 6 and 7, those are a bit sport oriented. The first 5 will help you a lot. As far as defense learn to use your heavy bag as an imaginary opponent. If it swings back at you, visualize it as an opponent coming at you. So you either have to move your head, feet, or block. Like I said that’s why I believe the heavy bag is the best tool for boxers outside the gym. It is the most well rounded training tool for fighters.
@@SENSEIJASON as to say keep from getting tired fast what do i do?? And also i just hit the bag i need to get stronger what would u say i need to do all together
@@depopbilling3975 Basically i would have my program to be 60% heavy bag, 20% technique and shadowboxing, and the rest of the 20% strength and conditioning. Basic things to do for strength and conditioning are running, pushups, pull ups, and sit ups.
Hello Jason, Not necessarily naturel cause you are a karatéka first, it's your dna. For the jab ( combo 3 ) extend the arm for exemple. Work more on a pendulum to précède your technique, it's more easy. Anyway, Thank you for this vidéo. You show us how to discover and improve martial arts. Phil

Really appreciate your comment, and hope you enjoy your NEW AQUA BAG! Glad it helped, God Bless!
The fact that you are competent in 4 styles blows my mind..(karate, boxing, Muay Thai, judo) 🤯🤯
OSS this is BUSHIDO!
I've been out of martial arts for a couple years, about to get back into it all. Definitely going to be coming here for some pointers.

Good job hubby :)
You are the best
Reminds me of Canelo and a little Loma
Appreciate that, my low guard is attributed to karate and a bit of Mayweather.
