I have lolin node mcu v3 with ch340g mentioned at the back.
I tried to use several ch340g drivers but In device manager, it is shown as usb serial port instead of ch340g and also unable to upload code. Any leads?
CH340 is a "USB to Serial" interface chipset. The computer may recognize it as "USB Serial CH340", or it may just be "USB Serial" (without title CH340). So you can use it to upload code.

Just plugging USB end to USB port on your PC for detection. If not detected, check your USB Cable or USB Port on your PC. No need DB9.

What if my first PID string ends with 0254 instead of 0263 like yours?
In this video, the VID shows the numbers 1A86, the PID shows the numbers 7523. Where the numbers 1A86 and 7523 are the default VID / PID of this CH340 IC. If you find that the VID / PID is different, maybe the VID / PID has been modified or changed by your product manufacture.

My friend ,when i plug usb to serial and update windows,automatically install "ch340" driver.
But in "hardware id" you said in my pc is "4348 and 5523" but you said another "pid ,vid" now . How i solve this????
My means how much type "pid,vid" ??? Is that "pid,vid 4348,5523" right is my pc or wrong???
Default VID in datasheet : 1A86H. Some fake CH340 have any value VID.
Try to remove all existing CH340 driver in your windows. Then dowload new driver here:

Such messages are normal when installing the CH340 driver. Check on Device Manager. Are there any devices (USB Devices) marked as problematic? For example with a yellow exclamation mark, or other information?
If no USB device is detected when your device is connected, check your USB cable.

@@GokulRaj-ew7yo whether the problematic USB is CH340? Does it mean that the CH340 Serial port has been detected but is still marked as a problematic device? If so, uninstall the driver (right click and select uninstall driver.
Click the option to show hidden devices, in the device manager toolbar. Remove/uninstall all unnecessary USB devices.
Unplug the CH340 device from the computer's USB port.
Then restart your komouter.
Try reinstalling the driver (download the latest driver, the link is in the video description) and then plug the CH340's USB back into its usb port. Let me know 🙏

Put a Electronik Capacitor 10uF /10V. Positif (+) leg to pin EN and Negatif (-) le to Ground.
while checking hardware id i am getting device description failed
Try this: in Device Manager. Browse the list and expand category Universal Serial Bus Controllers. Then you can locate the malfunctioned USB drive which is tagged with a yellow sign and named with "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)".
Right-click on it and select Uninstall option from context menu. Once drivers are uninstalled successfully, restart computer.

Sudah dicoba di PC lain? Apakah di PC lain juga sama ?
Jika di PC lain juga sama, cek kabel, atau konektor / port USB nya. Seringkali PSU 5V (+ dan _) masuk, tapi signal USB-D dan USB-M nya tidak terkoneksi.
Jika dikomputer lain terdeteksi, tapi di PC itu bermasalah. Kemungkinan nya port USB komputernya. Coba ganti port lain. Tapi hampir 99% yang saya temui masalahnya di driver. Uninstall semua driver WCH yang ada (sudah diinstall). Restart PC nya, lalu download driver yang masih fresh. (Linknya ada deskripsi Video). Lalu install lagi drivernya.

Se você instalou o driver corretamente, verifique o cabo, soquete ou conector USB do computador. Há tantos erros que ocorrem por causa do cabo ou soquete USB danificado.

Usually the mouse is plug and play, it doesn't need a driver. Maybe your mouse is broken.
The damage can be in the cable (the mouse cable is broken), the USB connector, or the electronic module (mouse board).

if your COM not showing in Device Manager , maka sure : USB Port your PC/Laptop its working.
try plug some Flash Disk or otherUSB Device.

What do mean, sir? The Serial Comm number can show any number, if you plug your CH340 to USB port.

When BSOD (crash) usually there is an error message. Note the message or error code. Later we will check the source of the problem by referring to it.

@@CAXRAMEDIA sorted on my UNO as wasnt having any luck with the programmer board at all;-)
@@spex357 check your USB Cable, check USB Port your computer, try connect your Uno to another computer.
If you still not luck, maybe you need new Uno, or you must check every part of you board. 🙏
