Tengo una pregunta algo estupida, no tengo ni puda idea para que es. Pero cuando conecto mi monitor portable al PC a travez de USB-C , salta este dispositivo en Admin de Dispositivos. No comprendo.
I have a serial console to usb cable i purchased it to connect on switches. My problem is i cant connect to switches using this cable the cable chip says its a USB-SERIAL CH340 i already did the same thing that you do on this video. can you help me fix this? Thank you!
@@romeroc24 Tengo el mismo problema, se instala como "USB-SERIAL CH340" (COM4) pero al abrir una sesion de consola en un switch cisco solo veo simbolos. El cable serial funciona bien ya que lo he probado solo y pude establecer comunicacion.
@@gc9575 es probable que los baudios estén configurados a un valor diferente a 9600 y me refiero a la configuración en la PC, sin embargo puede ser que se haya modificado los baudios en el dispositivo de red entonces debes probar desde la PC con valores diferentes a 9600
Tengo problemas con la instalación, al terminar de instalar me aparece el mensaje "The device is succesfully Pre-installed in advance!" pero al abrir el administrador de dispositivos, no hay cambios en los puertos, me aparece solamente el que viene por default, alguna idea?
Windows 10 en sus últimas actualizaciones bloquea el controlador (driver), si instalas un Windows 10 sin actualizar e instalas el controlador, todo funcionará bien.

Las actualizaciones de Windows 10 han bloqueado el uso de muchos drivers como este, por eso que no funciona, te recomiendo instalar otra versión de windows o instalar windows 10 de nuevo sin que acceda a Internet para actualizarse

After clicking on "Install", the message of success never show up! Even after a lot of minutes. Manual installation thru the "Device Manager" also fails. I'm using Windows 10 Pro full updated.
Thanks for answering. I already solved the problem by simply rebooting the computer in diagnostic startup mode (at msconfig) and trying again. I didn't find out which software was interfering with the installation.
hola Cristian gracias por tu video, te comento mi caso esperando tu ayuda, tengo una balanza electronica la cual estoy conectando con un adaptador usb rs232 , cuando verifico el puerto en el administrador de dispositivos figura lo mismo que muestras en la parte final del video( se observa el usb serial ch340) pero cuando uso el software de mi balanza figura que no se ubica el puerto... espero me puedas ayudar, dato mi laptop solo tiene puertos usb 3.0

Had the same problem and it drove me crazy.. tried everything until i remembered that different USB cables had different results in the past.. borrowed my wife's phone USB cable and instant recognition and fire up.. sounds strange but I promise you on two USB cables it did not recognize the board at all, on the third it worked..

Si usas windows 10, es probable que la nueva actualización de windows 10 haya bloqueado este driver y no lo acepte, te recomiendo que instales nuevamente el sistema operativo y antes que se actualice hagas el proceso de instalación, por otra parte me puedes mandar las capturas del error a romeroc42@gmail.com

En las últimas actualizaciones de Windows 10, bloquea ese driver, debes de instalar un windows 10 y no dejes que realice la actualización, instalas el driver y funcionará
Ya encontré una solución más facil y poco creible... compre otro cable el 240 y me funcionó con driver CH340.... pq funciona ni idea... pero me conecté sin problema a sw cisco

Se debe a que la comnunicación entre los dispositivos usa este controlador, pero mientras que no haya errores todo estará bien

no sirve, tampoco sirve con el UNI -T UT61D.
Las actualizaciones de Windows 10 han bloqueado el uso de muchos drivers como este, por eso que no funciona, te recomiendo instalar otra versión de windows o instalar windows 10 de nuevo sin que acceda a Internet para actualizarse
Hola Christian, sabes si es compatible para w11. Me lo descargue e instalé pero no me aparece en el administrador de dispositivos. Saludos
W11 debería reconocerlo o sino descargar automáticamente el driver, tienes que estar conectado a Internet
