True to install CH340 drivers in windows 7. I have follow you video, but then I run the "CH341SER.EXE" as Admin, there be showing a messages "It's pre-installed" How do I fix this pre-installation ?
"Pre-Install success" it means that when CH341SER driver installing, the hardware is not connecting or the it's not works when pluged, you should checkout your hardware or usb cable.
Mine will not install. Says " The drive is successfully Pre-installed in advance! " . Device manager shows no new devices, and uninstall says No device is found! ... Please help lol
Same issue here. My Arduino shows up as a "USB Serial Port" under Other Devices. With the yellow caution flag as Windows cannot find a driver. I've got a ticket open, but hope I have not damaged my Arduino by connecting it to a port with an invalid/no driver.
The same thing happened to me. But it seems like they do no answer their questions here :( What's the point of posting videos if they don't back them up by answering questions of the audience who watch them?
@@sparkfun For some reason none of the sparkfun sites are connecting? Took to long to load, "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT" on all the sites I have in my history also.

This is why I hate computers! I did everything he explained (simply) and my CH340 driver installed fine, but still doesn't understand what to do with my Nano board. Agh!

The driver readme doesn't mention the usb.kext, and that was what was causing my mac to crash as soon as I plugged in the board! Thanks

The procedures are all the same, CH340C and CH340G are all working with driver.

actually wch build the board you're trying to use, it's written on some parts
