Wonderful tour. I love the washer with the mini washer beneath it. Love the elegant curved walls in the living room and architectural details throughout. It’s nice to see a few antique pieces and other furniture like the 2 fun, curvy basement chairs incorporated into the decor along with all the Gluckstein Home furniture.
It’s a perfect house that leaves room for the owner to add their own personal touches.
I’d add a few original paintings and an outdoor change room, powder room and shower in a tiny matching building beside the garage running along the path. I’d have another gate opening off that to the outdoor dining/lounge area to create privacy. I’d situate the shower between the change and powder room so you could experience the fresh air while rinsing off. There’s space for a bbq or small outdoor kitchen too if the owner wanted one. I’d also add a fireplace in the principal bedroom and the basement seating area with a fire pit instead of coffee tables in the sunken cozy outdoor space. It’s fun to dream!
I love Brian, he thinks of everything. I also appreciate that the mudroom has an ample seating area with the bench. My favourite thing is all of it! So many gorgeous elements it’s impossible to choose any one.
