Relentless rampage of enemies, a door closes swiftly and then an autowin boss fight. It's the same every single time. I love gradius, but I this feeling of incompleteness after defeating the "final" boss... I'm starting to think the actual final boss was the door itself
So Keepers Core is your most hardest Boss. Well there's no asteroids to block some bullets in the first phase not to mention the gravity so I can see why. Nice ending.
@GradianDarion300 they've added the duckers cause elephant gear doesn't shoot any kind of lasers or bullets so the duckers are a replacement since he is weaponless but we may can count his feet as his only weapon X) and about cyber brains they're actually the controllers of all bosses against you so it's like they're facing you from the start which is why they're harmless but if you think of their controlling of your enemies this makes them the most unique final bosses ever ^^
That Keeper's core is horrible with those gravity systems and continuous flame throwers on normal or harder X(. But I made up the "Master's Cannon Wall" with the same gravity systems and flame throwers but, he can fire not only bullets or plasma balls but also, Blue & yellow mini lazers, small enemies and duckers, missles, and Iron rings in which he will be the most horrifying boss to ever fight and even become your most hardest boss XD.
then later - the bacterian turned him into a Cyber Brain ( in this game ) and did the same thing again after 1344 years ( the first invade was if i'm not mistaken at cosmic year 6666 - then he invaded again in cosmic year 8010 ) but this time he've got a stronger bacterians power on his side & did the second invasion ( for the Gradius series without counting Salamander to make them 3 invasions if both games counted ) but then - he got defeated for the 3rd time :)
the brain ( Cyber Brain ) in this game was actually an ally in his original form before - for the planet Gradius, but later something happened when the planet Gradius was invaded by the bacterian while he was also defending the planet - which made him angry then did a coup d'etat - then got arrested ( as he became obviously a traitor ) .... in the later years he escaped from prison & invaded planet Gradius with the bacterian, and he was defeated by the hero of planet Gradius.
actually very honestly knowing exactly what to do can be the most difficult thing to do when you're in a very difficult situation in a limit that your heart beats & adrenaline reachs the limit that you may lose focus at any second and that's what happened to me against some bosses like at last seconds against beacon you saw me fall back & in that moment i was VERY nervous XD
I hate that Keeper's Core from Loop 2 and up. Those goddamn gravity systems and flamethrowers can be a big mess. I have to shift from top to bottom and vice versa unlike loop 1.
on all 2D Shmups series for a reason X) he is the controller of all bosses against you from the start X) so in other words he is battling you all the time >:)
@GradianDarion300 in one condition if there is a balance in a good way to make it harder than older one in a fair way to give a good chance for it to be defeated ^_^

Just like in otomedius (Gorgeous) When ever your in trouble of a tight space of bullets or anything use it and you can't get hurt for 5 seconds. And speaking of Otomedius why don't you do a gameplay of Otomedius Excellent since there is a US version now :).
@aliultimate009 I forgot to mention, Elephant Gear is my most annoying boss ever fought in all gradius series >:( I hate how he keep's on moving his legs in weird directions and those annoying duckers really interfear in huge numbers X(. And Cyber Brain Venom is my most stupidest boss ever fought on all gradius series X(.

i've been practicing for 2 years against him and this is my 2nd or maybe the 3rd defeat on loop 10 ever XD

the problem is that the final bosses are easiest because they're the controller of all bosses & normal enemies against you from the start X)

The Giant Brain definitely should've been an actual boss... (like in Gradius II aka Life Force)
