It always turns out to be the opposite.
Hardest schedule, teams fall off and it wasn’t hard
Easier schedule, teams play better and it wasn’t easy
Like John started off with, last to first is common

Good thing Stroud performed at a high level against good teams.
The highest-drafted rookie quarterback to win a playoff game (No. 2 overall), Stroud's 4,108 passing yards were the third-most by a rookie quarterback in NFL history. He's just the third quarterback in the past 50 seasons to lead the NFL in pass yards per game and touchdown-to-interception ratio (4.6, minimum 10 starts). Stroud also had the highest touchdown-to-interception ratio against winning teams in NFL history (including playoffs), having 21 touchdowns to two interceptions (10.5).

Somebody explain to me just exactly how the back to back superbowl chiefs have the T-16th hardest schedule.. i mean isnt how well you did The previous season supposed to determine how hard your schedule is going to be the next season and since they just went back to back super bowls it would seem to me that the fair thing to do would to be give them the hardest schedule.. that is of course unless you want them to try to three-peat and are going to give them the schedule and probably the refs they need to do it...

He's the only head referee in the NFL that has that statistic.. I mean if the NFL was trying to be subtle about wanting all those extra millions of eyeballs that are the swifties watching the super bowl so they could charge cbs abc and fox way more for it next time they failed miserably.. and yeah I 10000% agree with you.. some real greedy fk boy shit going on with the NFL...

I’ve said this all off season tbh. This year, the biggest priority is learning how to play against the big boys. I don’t believe our goal is winning the division, because of just how difficult it will be with our draw (and I do think there is an incredible amount of hype behind us right now that might inflate expectations), I do think we need to make the playoffs at least as a wildcard. The Colts scare me as a potential division winner after how they did despite all their setbacks last year, and the Jaguars have no choice but to bounce back after falling apart. We’re heading in the right direction no doubt, but I do think expectations could be a little more tempered for this season coming.

@@htownweezy392that Bengals defense was historically bad, but specifically in the secondary after foolishly letting both all-pro safety Jessie Bates and Vonn Bell walk in free agency. That coupled with a one dimensional offense tailored for a gimpy Joe Burrow plagued the Bengals. And yet despite that and despite a very bad performance by the Bengals offense they were still a dropped TD from Boyd away from winning
