Mate, much obliged. Ive been trying to figure this out since December, coming close a few times but it just never felt right. Mostly my attempts to recreate Naglesmann worked more like the Concerto rather than its very own thing.
This totally nailed it. Nailed it x3.

loved that 343 with Upamecano as libero and kampl as maestro!!! how bout a new version of Flick? cuz it changed a bit this season with sane and kimmich more central... also that 343 tuchel does with azpilicueta BPD and Mount coming from the left becoming a CAM. excited to see whats next!
I was literally trying to work on this myself last night then come on here now and bam. RDF has too! 🤣 love it.
Surprised you went with the 442 for the 3rd tactic and not the 4231 that’s been used surprisingly often this season. Especially against likes of a 433 with a 6 which the 10 will mark closely when the oppo look to play out with the wingers starting narrow forcing the centre backs to play out into the full backs trapping them out wide like you’ve said.
@@SamScaysbrook I wanted to save the 4-2-3-1 for another day haha I wanted to save the 4-4-2 as well but I'll be doing his 4-2-3-1 in a different video, not as detailed as this as a lot of info in here, but just to show his tactical flexibility

Hey man, love the content. But something occured to me when listening to this last night. When you're going over the players in the team, would it be possible to talk about what makes them good for that role, or what look out for if you're attatching systems to different teams. I actually remember you did this a lot in your Naglesmann 2020 tactic.

Why such a big difference from the 4-2-2-2 tactic from the last year to thus more "standard" 4-4-2?
In this FM the 4-2-2-2 is still deadly, although a bit leaky on defence (although I made a few changes to be better for my team and my defence is still a little subpar).
so many tactics rolling out daamn, woudl you be interested in making a marco rose tactic? he hasnt done as well as last season, but it still would be interesting, especially since hes moving to dortmund

Can I ask, when flicking between formations, based on your next opponent does it have an impact on tactical familiarity, thus having a poor performance?
For sure! I think that's what happened when I tried out the 4-4-2. I made it mid-season and when I used it, I got around 25 shots in one match but they never created good chances. I believe it's because they wasn't familiar

Love your vids but i don't agree with these tactics. They play with the ball always with the same system(343 diamond) and they vary their off the ball tactic(difficult to replicate on FM). Also they are a possesion team(55% average) and this tactic always loose on possesion. Still continue the good work and bring on more tactics!!
Honestly, it’s the focus down the middle. One that’s removed then possession increases so I’m not sure why that actually is. But the full backs also lose a lot of possession which was frustrating!

Firsty your team must adaptet for new tactic but it is time waste..tactic working perceft only green line mowing to end in tactic menu screen..anthore wise tactical is not working good..for sucesse in Fm you must so little detailed linked ..traning role ti pi..and dont forget..FM is very integilente game
