I don't even understand how people manage to play Tracer on a console. That must be the hardest hero to play with a controller. I tried OW a couple of times on a console and man I sucked. It just feels so limited. Respect for the players that are able to make it work on a controller (no not you Ximmers, you guys are filthy cheaters).
Honestly I think tracer is one of the only heroes that is easier to play on console

It's obviously overexaggerating, especially when you have games like apex and cod. So glad comp cross play isn't a thing, or PC controller offers no aim assist
And people not realizing that every game has different levels of aim assist. R6 siege for example, has none at all, Apex has all of it.
usually in console anyone on comms doesn't have push to talk on. there's just not enough buttons to give one of them the sole purpose of talking, that's why they seem messy

Depending on the character (specifically Ana and widow) they have separate settings for their scoped and unscoped aim assist. Not to mention I normally turn mine down as Ana since aim assist can be a hinderance at times

Just look up the settings on TH-cam, and then you hit everything. Some games boosted the strength of AA where PC players were at a disadvantage instead. AA just isn't human

well we kinda do since the joystick has to pass over a deadzone and switching directions, so it’s always gonna look slower and less smooth
I find it hilarious that people will bash a console player for possibly being good at the game. With tweaks in your settings, such as lowering aim smoothing and aim assist ease in, using linear or exponential ramp, you can get fast and smooth camera swings without the aim assist pulling your reticle. But half the console players don't even know that and are just quick to say someone is ximming. Yes, I know there's a lot of them, I would say more so on Xbox than PlayStation though. I hope they implement a way to detect Xims and Cronus so it's no longer able to be used one day 😭
what's even worse the "ximmers" come out to say they're ximming but they don't even know half the settings that exist. They just get the best xim settings and then move on. lol

I’d say it was pretty damn fair considering it came down to a final push on an OT with a few meters to win. Even with Hitori console was a few seconds and a few meters away from winning.

Tbf, two out of the Pc’s wins were from getting carried by either Jay or the literal WORLD CUP PLAYER. And before anyone says “how did jay carry he’s the same rank as them”, did we watch the same match lmao, he averaged 2 or more kills every team fight. And without him or the literal Pro player they only won one out of 3 games, and even that win was really hard to get. Console players put Pc player on the ropes with an inferior mechanical input device and should have won if not for the carry from jay and the World Cup player. As well as that the last match was also really close, with Pc players having a World Cup player.

@@compassion4227 In my experience of playing overwatch on both pc and console for years the aim capability of pc players on average is just so much better than console players. I have played in all ranks on console over the years and most ranks on PC.
However it is mostly in the lower ranks that PC players have much better aim than the console players. So I am not going to say that aim assist doesn’t help however I will say that it took what felt like blood sweat and tears to get my aim where it needed to be to hit GM on console and I am sure that many other console players feel very similar.
So when people just up and dismiss your hard work with the comment “aim bot” it gets personal.

Love the pc vs console content, but everytime I feel like the console team gets some sort of disadvantage one way or another, I don’t remember what it was last time but I remember commenting, this time console on a 2 game comeback and a World Cup pro tank gets swapped in 🫣😂. All love though.

This was actually a really good game. It shows that both platforms can have amazing players that pop off and put up a fight against the other. This video started as a roll, the other came back. Then it was hard-fought in overtime. Sounds like classic OW to me. Regardless of platform.
As someone who plays both the responsiveness on pc almost makes up for the lack of aim assist on controller. It just feels better to play on pc and going back to console, even on a high refresh rate screen, feels super laggy.
i really enjoyed playing in this a lot. we need a rematch soon!

@@vandekust8966 my team called for ana brig. I wanted to play Kiri or bap bc ana isn't as good with controller as she is on PC. (I have been playing PC a lot lately so she felt terrible on console)
As a PC player I always give props to anyone playing OW at a high level on console. OW is a FPS where movement is paramount and that movement just doesn't coordinate to controller very well.
@@dontgotovideos5560 the controllers I use on PC all have back buttons. Plus my Steamdeck as well. I don't often map all of them but I quite often map one or two. It helped a lot with my playthrough of Elden Ring.

Guys XIM = MnK+Soft Aim Bot (Aim Assist) = Unfair And there is more to it like one of the xim models could use scripts such as the ash combo which is broken one button instant combo shot than scoop shot while locking on head or the bap soldier no recoil with aim lock I've met all of that i play on ps5

I highly doubt anyone actually plays on the switch unless you have crossplay on. I tried queueing like 3 times with crossplay off and I queued for 2 hours in quickplay.. same thing with comp and I never actually found a game on all of my tries. The only time I found a game was with crossplay on, which then queued me into a PC lobby. There isn't even any comp leaderboards on the switch LMAO

My console team scrims pc teams from time to time and it's pretty equal really. Just two master teams having a good game really. Honest though, i can't do what i do with a keyboard, I'm horrible at the movement, nothing about aim. Feels good to shit on PC players tho ngl

Hi, console gamer here (gm 3 peak). I'm just here to tell everyone that every tracer in high ranks and 50% of widows are ximming. Keep in mind that the beta release of valorant on console instantly detects xim and cancels any match within the first 2 minutes of the game. But I guess blizzard just doesnt have the money to implement this kind of feature.

We use the in game leaderboards to validate people’s ranks past the number they are in T500.

I quit ow2 awhile ago. Still enjoy watching your content. Idk what community you're talking about because the only community I experienced in the year I played was toxic af. People play this game as if they are playing for money. If you make a mistake, you might as well leave the game to avoid the toxicity. It's made the game stale

after finishing the vid yeah hitori was going nuts and i think console players had the comms and (most of the time) the team comp but pc players overall sometimes rely on mechanics
like bc of console restrictions they have to play smart, and pc can have those opportunities to have a god carry a game if needed, if that makes sense
i mean if they have their frames at 120 they lose all aim assist apparently i had no idea until my friend said something to me about it cuz i was wondering why it felt like there was no aim assist since im new to overwatch but ppl need to accept that aim assist is almost necessary on contoller because of the deadzone, on mnk you can instantly switch which direction youre moving or aiming you cant do that on controller not to mention microadjustments are significantly harder on controller mnk might be harder to learn but controller is harder to master

Just because someone is in a professional tournament doesn't mean they're not your every day player! We don't verify players off status, we verify off their current competitive season which means they actively have to play and maintain that rank.

I think the top of console is more similar to the top of pc, but lower elos on console does not equate to their pc counterpart. For example, my friend is consistently a master dps on console for the past few season. But when he plays qp with a pc group he always goes negative like 3-10, and complains about his team instead. And I'm not talking about once or twice on a bad day. He does it every single time he plays with us for the last year, to the point of me not wanting to play with him anymore. My plat pc friend does better than him every time when we play together. Master console dps is almost like gold pc dps....
He's not a ximmer though so I respect that. We both have a common interest to report any console ximmer and get them banned. It's nice to see the 'thanks for reporting' screen after we report.

It's crazy because the console team's comms were more detailed and chatty, but they still lost so many fights.
The PC team just fought better consistently without much comms.
It really goes to show the massive difference in skill.
Each one is a skill. Console has to communicate more against PC as they're at certain disadvantages naturally and have to make up for it in different ways (locked framerates, controller, less keybinds, etc.) which is why we have tools like aim assist.
With that, it was pretty damn even considering it came down to an OT on a Push map
