We booked one on The Fantasy for our daughter’s graduation trip. She worked so hard all the way through Covid at the hospital where she worked AND was doing her nursing classes (thankfully mostly prerequisites) via zoom. Because of Covid and student nurses not being allowed into the hospitals, her class ended up graduating 4 years and 1 semester. ❤ She totally deserves this trip!!!!! On Castaway Cay, the adult zone of the beach serves up steaks during lunch. BTW.
love your video and all the great tips. I'm Australian so regarding the paddle boarding, it is done in the open sea, I don't know anywhere that it's done in a pool or enclosed area. Perhaps your fears were worse than the actual situation as it was windy. The ability to see sealife is the main attraction, and for fitness. We are going on a Disney cruise in June, I certainly hope the boat activites are operating like snorkling. You should come to Australia, our beaches are outstanding, and a great mix of surf and calm waters.
Coming from the UK, I think we have an inbuilt fear of sea creatures! We were lucky enough to come to Australia in 2000 - and can’t wait for the opportunity to return!
Castaway was our favorite part of the cruise! So much so that we booked another cruise that has 2 stops at Castaway and 1 stop at the new Lighthouse Point! 😆
we wanted to do that one but the dates didn't work out unfortunately. Still, something to look forward to next time, enjoy. I am keen to see reviews of it.
