Duluth is a port city on Lake Superior in Minnesota. The waterfront Lakewalk trail passes along Canal Park, with views of the 1905 Aerial Lift Bridge. The landmark connects the city to the Park Point sandbar. The Great Lakes Aquarium includes salt- and freshwater animals. Housed in a former train depot, Lake Superior Railroad Museum features vintage locomotives. Glensheen is a 1908 mansion on a vast lakeside estate.

Portable Products, Inc. tool accessories and storage equipment with an HQ on a barge in Duluth, sold a few times and now headquartered in Wisconsin is a mens and womens workwear line with the name from the original catalog, Duluth Trading Company.
Duluth Trading Company, but the headquarters is actually in Belville, WI. The guy who started it liked Duluth, or had some kind of connection.

My husband lived in Duluth when he was a boy and has many fond memories. We were thinking of retiring there as the cost of housing is reasonable (compared to the Seattle area) and is fairly close to our son. However, we understand that one of the Cargills is buying houses at very high prices which will eventually raise the price of housing as well as property taxes. This is not good for Duluth as we have seen this happen in the Seattle area, in Spokane, and north in BC, Canada. People with a lot of money came in and paid hundreds of thousands of dollars above the asking price as they have the money. These were largely people from high-priced areas such as California. The effects of this were increased taxes as the assessments increase and increased the cost of housing to the point that only wealthy people could purchase housing pushing the average family out. It is a very serious problem.
My kids were born on the side of a hill. Duluth. Nice place if you can manage it. Good people, but that accent, right?

I would like to take some drinks
i go down to duluth every year for district blitz and they have a airsoft field, also they have some amazing places to eat there only thing i dont like about duluth are the up streets, filled with drug addicts in some areas
i live in topeka kansas i didn't see anything that i liked about this town besides i hate the winter cold in the north and i hate the summer heat in the south so i live
halfway between the 2 extremes topeka is not the worst place in the usa oh no i have seen much worse in fact i think topeka is great our downtown is coming back
to life after many stores moved to the malls some towns are the true meaning of ghost town because 99% of the people moved away detroit is my idea of nightmare
as of right now if it can be resurrected is going to take a financial miracle and many billions of dollars of investment and years time we may never see in the next 100
years i think that san francisco used to be one of the most beautiful cities but the party animals ruined it i would so angry at the city government for letting people trash
