11 minutes of grinding inside Tartarus in P3P on the Playstation Portable ( PSP ). Showing you the battle system of which you will spend a lot of time in.
I really love Persona ! Persona 4 has become my favourite game of all time. P3P is the 2nd Jrpg I beat. This game does get very grindy due to how many floors there are but still an excellent game. I only started seriously playing rpgs in 2010, after I beat FF7.
I'm still in backlog for this game (need to finish the last 2 months of the game) but so far I've encountered: *spoiler* about 215+ floors. So there sure are more floors to be after that. It's game mechanics are an update to the Persona 4 PS2 game and P4 Golden (Vita) continues in the mechanics update where P3P left off. I'm sure you're gonna love P3P!

Hell no persona 3 fes is far better than this plus if have a pc you can mod persona 3 fes and get controllable party members so theirs no point in playing this version
Psp version has no anime cutscenes or motion cutscenes, the hub worlds are point and click styled except tartarus, and The Answer isn't in it. However, you have the option of playing as a female protagonist with new social links and added scenes. Also, you can control your party members unlike in the ps2 version Ps2 has an extra campaign called The Answer, has cutscenes, hub worlds are 3d modeled and explorable, only male protagonist is playable, party members cannot be controlled
Sorry for my ignorance but I never had this game or heard about the anime i was wondering why they damage the enemies if they shot themself pointing their guns like a Kurt Cobain special attack move
It's all about how they summon their personas (the spirit/monster thing that comes out of them) to fight. In persona 3 they summon them by shooting themselves with a gun whereas persona 5 they summon them by ripping off masks. They can still use normal fighting attacks in both games but to use spells and stuff that's what they do for each game respectively.

I just picked up P3P yesterday. just a quick question: how many floors does that Tower have? so far though, its pretty cool. Im not really good at RPGs (although I like diablo clones) but I can see myself completing this game, as long as it doesn't get too overwhelming.
Theo/Elizabeth has a request where you have to defeat the reaper, once you've completed it, the door of Monad will appear. (You have to fully explore Tartarus though.)
From what my friends told me, there is actually a difference. When Minato obtains his Persona, the cutscene from PSP and Ps2 are completely different. And I'm pretty sure some other cutscenes are different. And Thanatos is a lot easier to manage on PSP because on Ps2 you were able to have better Personas with better Light and Dark power. And the grapics from Ps2 is a lot better. But if you're like me and care more on gameplay, then you should be fine. Oh, and Ps2's and Persona 3 on Ps2 are a lot harder to get unless if you don't already have one.
+Shlompskii The game is now 2D outside of Tartarus due to the PSP having weaker hardware then PS2. You can now play as a female Protagonist with different music from Male Protag and uses spear instead of swords, her interface is pink color rather than male protags dark blue. Persona 3 PS2 allowed the protag to equip weapons other than Swords, but P3P restrict him/her to only use sword/spear. Velvet Room now allows you to have a male helper called Theodore instead of Elizabeth. I think these are all differances I know of.
The ps2 version is a bit more like P4 or P5 but this one it’s a point and click game until you get to the dungeon, then it goes normal. But in this one you have control over your own party and you can play as a female character, changing a lot.
I hate my wireless service I got my phone from low storage and I can’t emulate more than one game. I have to buy a used PSP just for this game and a few others
I'm having a hard time grinding because I'm scared to get my a££ whoop by the reaper.. That's why I sometimes skip tartarus... Still in early game tho explored about 3 blocks by noe

FES doesn't let you control your party members in battle. I like the 3d environments and atmosphere in the PS2 version but P3P has better gameplay imo
