Sometimes I watch Isabel being so openly joyous in these videos, and some internalized judgemental voice goes "wow she looks like she's on drugs." But then I come back to myself and realize this must be what it looks like to be "high on life." Isabel has focused so directly on her intentions and her priorities for herself, clinging not even the slightest bit to external influenced and manipulations about what life /should/ be based on, that she is able to dive so much deeper into the pure experience of every moment. She is really living through everything she does, she will not look back on these years and wonder where the time went and why she was caught up in XYZ. And she is unabashed in showing all of this through a notoriously judgemental platform. All things that deserve kudos whether you are itching to move to the mountains or not.

Hello everyone! Not sure if this comment will help anyone or not..but I felt compelled to write it even though I don't normally comment. I've just discovered Isabel's channel and I'm loving it so far! But I've noticed in the comments, many people are saying they wish they could drop everything and live in the woods and lead a similar lifestyle. I used to be obsessed with van life videos a year ago for the same reason, but I realized this was escapism. I was trying to avoid my own problems and thinking the grass was greener on the other side. Really what I needed was to simplify my own life and change my mentality. Isabel is living a seemingly wonderful life because of her attitude. So instead of dropping your whole life to live in the mountains, think about how you can simplify the life you currently have, while being grateful for what you currently have. Maybe this will involve decluttering your home and getting rid of things that don't bring you joy. Maybe start saying no to things that unnecessarily bring you stress, and say YES to things that make you happy. Actually DO more of what makes you happy and brings you passion. For me this was baking and dancing. My life a year ago looked the exact same on the outside. I live in the same place and I have the same job..but I am so much happier now. I don't feel the need to escape my own life anymore. Instead I come back to videos like this to remind myself of how far I have come, and I enjoy seeing other people living their best life! So I hope this helps someone or resonates with someone. 😊💕
Please don’t feel you have to wait till you can move to the woods etc to be at peace. Go for a hike, meditate or cook a yummy healthy meal when you have time. Make the most of whatever and whoever you have in your life now. 🙂

😂 lol!! I kinda thought the same thing at first. Especially during the times she would be outside twirling and screaming and laughing. It terrified me to be honest, seemed almost like maniacal laughter, a bit unhinged. But I have never been one to just dismiss someone or something right away. So after watching a few of her videos I realize she’s just a young lady who is really attempting to squeeze every ounce of joy out of this life that she possibly can, and trying to not squander the precious moments because life is so fleeting. In retrospect, she is highly inspiring and wise beyond her years in a lot of ways, beautiful inside and out.

Why does everyone want anything good on youtube to be a TV show? TV is just crap and would ruin what youtube creators produce. There is a reason this is better than what is on TV.......She does what she wants and has full control. There is a reason a bunch of people subscribed to my channel even though I don't really make videos for others. They want something interesting and different than what they see on TV. Wishful thinking, but TV would find a way to ruin what youtubers create.

No it is not monetized. She has a video where she talks about this. She cannot monetize them due to the music she uses. She wants to keep using the kind of music she does and therefore cannot monetize nor does she wish to because that would mean she is forced to be creative vs letting the creativity flow naturally. No pressure this way.

The same car trouble happened to my grandma. Apparently the coating on the wires is soy based, so the mice think it’s food 😐 (this is what she told me). Sorry that happened to you, lovely. All of 2020, I was working at and staying at an out of town job in the mountains and the rodents ate the wiring on our backhoe as well. I heard corn is used for the insulation, but it's all food to them. A bittering agent, added to the insulation, is supposed to deter the rodents, but I have heard of the problem especially with toyota vehicles. Seems it was left out or didn't work. The older truck I drove and the new one are both Chevy and I didn't notice any damage, but they liked the Cat backhoe.
I love watching you cook, so meditative. I do most of the cooking for my family and get into a flow when prepping vegetables. I even like hand washing the dishes due to the feel of the warm water.

What you said about your destiny is so beautiful, I also am tied to Mother Gaia, I only have two acres, but care for it the best that I can. The rodent damage to your car, happened to me, too. Park your car away from where the rodents are, cost me $1200 to get it fixed, now that car has a blown head gasket, so it sits unused and probably has more rodent damage. Be careful chopping wood. Love all the things you are doing.
Some vehicles have wire insulation made with corn instead of petroleum. I have heard that Toyota has used that wire and if a bittering agent is left out of the insulation, it is tasty to rodents. It happened to our backhoe on a job site in the mountains. I bought a new truck while working up there and installed battery powered ultrasonic rodent repellents for under the truck and in the engine bay. It doesn't appear to have any damage. I used similar devices in my trailer and the campground used them in the storage rooms of the bathroom buildings there.

Why does everyone want anything good on youtube to be a TV show? TV is just crap and would ruin what youtube creators produce. There is a reason this is better than what is on TV.......She does what she wants and has full control. There is a reason a bunch of people subscribed to my channel even though I don't really make videos for others. They want something interesting and different than what they see on TV. Wishful thinking, but TV would find a way to ruin what youtubers create.

No it is not monetized. She has a video where she talks about this. She cannot monetize them due to the music she uses. She wants to keep using the kind of music she does and therefore cannot monetize nor does she wish to because that would mean she is forced to be creative vs letting the creativity flow naturally. No pressure this way.
You make money from views and ads. If viewers let the ads run 30 seconds or longer they make more money. She also has a patron which brings income

The same car trouble happened to my grandma. Apparently the coating on the wires is soy based, so the mice think it’s food 😐 (this is what she told me). Sorry that happened to you, lovely. @@RockyRoadCreationsbyDiana I added battery powered ultrasonic rodent repellent devices to my new truck when I got it. All of 2020, I was working at and staying at an out of town job in the mountains and the rodents ate the wiring on our backhoe as well. I heard corn is used for the insulation, but it's all food to them. A bittering agent, added to the insulation, is supposed to deter the rodents, but I have heard of the problem especially with toyota vehicles. Seems it was left out or didn't work. The older truck I drove and the new one are both Chevy and I didn't notice any damage, but they liked the Cat backhoe.
I love watching you cook, so meditative. I do most of the cooking for my family and get into a flow when prepping vegetables. I even like hand washing the dishes due to the feel of the warm water.

What you said about your destiny is so beautiful, I also am tied to Mother Gaia, I only have two acres, but care for it the best that I can. The rodent damage to your car, happened to me, too. Park your car away from where the rodents are, cost me $1200 to get it fixed, now that car has a blown head gasket, so it sits unused and probably has more rodent damage. Be careful chopping wood. Love all the things you are doing.
Some vehicles have wire insulation made with corn instead of petroleum. I have heard that Toyota has used that wire and if a bittering agent is left out of the insulation, it is tasty to rodents. It happened to our backhoe on a job site in the mountains. I bought a new truck while working up there and installed battery powered ultrasonic rodent repellents for under the truck and in the engine bay. It doesn't appear to have any damage. I used similar devices in my trailer and the campground used them in the storage rooms of the bathroom buildings there.
