Isabel, I've been watching your videos for some time. I lost my cousin who was 25 about two weeks ago due to an aneurysm. He had a heart transplant about seven and a half years ago and it's a blessing that he made it as long as he did. Unfortunately this tragedy has been an extreme wake up call for myself for too many reasons. I wanted to thank you for your positivity, and your huge appreciation for this earth, life we have and what we make of it for ourselves. I've been on a 5 hour Isabel binge....Im just thinking about the truth of this, the opposite of addiction is connection...I disconnected in my life, became addicted to drugs, lost my lifes work, and am still addicted and disconnected 3 years later, now to legal drugs but still so far from the being I Am inside. I honestly wonder what it's like breathing the air there for such a long time, looks so clean and healthy compared to what I breathe daily in the city.
You inspire me. The cold river dips are addictive. I live in Quebec in a city and I am still doing the Wim Hof method to release chronic back pain, had a tumor extraction on my spine and now I am fearless. People think I am crazy. It’s snowing already and I feel to continue. My body wakes me up early morning wanting to go to the river. The feelings after is powerful, I step into deeeep meditations and complete relaxation. I tried to re create this feeling in the shower but it is not the same as being in nature and immersing the whole body into the cold river. There is something about this🙏🇨🇦❤️🌈🌎😇

I honestly wonder what it's like breathing the air there for such a long time, looks so clean and healthy compared to what I breathe daily in the city.
You inspire me. The cold river dips are addictive. I live in Quebec in a city and I am still doing the Wim Hof method to release chronic back pain, had a tumor extraction on my spine and now I am fearless. People think I am crazy. It’s snowing already and I feel to continue. My body wakes me up early morning wanting to go to the river. The feelings after is powerful, I step into deeeep meditations and complete relaxation. I tried to re create this feeling in the shower but it is not the same as being in nature and immersing the whole body into the cold river. There is something about this🙏🇨🇦❤️🌈🌎😇
