Taking Mo's advice, I'll make my first comment of the year here! I watch a lot of content but tend not to leave a comment, I like your advice and will continue to engage with folks. Chad I've watched a lot of your videos, really dig the interviews, I'm a residential realtor but working my way into commercial. Not sure yet but industrial may be my route.
