Lol that bugged me too. I figured he might've guessed that if you're familiar with stone you'd be familiar with kg and vice versa... But nope, just standard metric all the way, weird arbitrary measurements like stone aren't any better than just using pounds lol. At least it's easy to convert from lbs to kgs on the fly. Not super accurately, but 'about half' is usually a good enough ballpark figure. So if he was 180lbs he'd be about 90kg, roughly.
As someone who used to drink a gallon of cow’s milk each week, in light of now knowing it contains estrogen, I will now be drinking two gallons. I will become the world’s slowest magical girl transformation sequence.
So this video made me curious enough to pickup a carton of soy milk at the supermarket. I don't think I'd ever tasted it before. And you're right. It DOES taste much better than regular milk in coffee.
This video inspired me to try cooking something with tofu and as it turns out I have a soy allergy that has obliterated my digestive system and I'm blaming it on you personally
Having too much T also makes beard fall as well in some people. Basically, it means sometimes testosterone makes you bald and "babyfaced", lush beards are not related to T.
Yeah one of my friends who is FTM trans was really happy that his T levels during hormone therapy were outrageously high but then his face was still smooth until they lowered the dose a bit iirc. It was weird, I didn't know about that before
@@kaydenl6836 Can confirm - I'm a Trans Guy, and that's something they tell you about when you start on T. You don't want to take too much, or your body WILL turn it back into E.

As a soy boy (literally a vegan man so), I gotta say that I highly recommend varying your protein sources as much as possible. Soy is great, and a complete protein, but I’m a big fan of beans (especially rice + black beans, also a complete protein), pea protein, wheat protein, etc. as well. There are so many great protein sources! I never worry about how much I’m getting because I always get enough…
this is also an older video, im just starting out cutting meat, but the beyond/impossible explosion in the last few years really changed the landscape. the stuff actually tastes good out of the box, rather than with significant work
Actually most Milk was never consumed in it's raw state before the 19th century. It was largely consumed as cheese, hence why Europe, North Africa, and West Asia have huge Cheese Cultures...( get it cheese, cultures, Bactria GET IT!?)
@@tf7602 *culture*: 1: the customary beliefs, social forms, and material traits of a racial, religious, or social group 3: the act or process of cultivating living material (such as bacteria or viruses) in prepared nutrient media (source: Merriam-Webster Dictionary) You might remember the transparent, circular containers from biology class.
In any case, unseasoned chicken would also not taste of anything. It seems a stupid argument - tofu is a good ingredient, as it tastes of whatever you want to spice it with. I would recommend smoked tofu though.
@@TulilaSalome - On the other hand though, a nice steak grilled medium rare is delicious even without anything put on it. So the argument that _"all meat is processed and without anything on it, it taste of nothing"_ isn't true either. My main problem with tofu is texture, not flavour. A "naked" slice of chicken breast is bland, but not unpleasant or off-putting. That's not the same for tofu, in my experience.
@Kaveighleen Jacaster - So tofu just materializes out of nowhere onto your plate? That doesn't get "processed". More importantly, the OP clearly states "frying" the tofu, so clearly preparation isn't part of "processing".
The "ghost poop" is just you getting the fibre you're supposed to be eating. 25 - 30g of fibre a day is good for you and is the daily recommended in the UK. Your digestion will be on point and gut bacteria will be balanced. Many people don't get this much fibre in their diet and that's why their poo is like sludge.
I have discovered that if I edit comments they sink in the order of appearance on screen - and I am too pathetic to allow that to happen as the validation from all the likes is more important to me than getting a second pun in.

Yep, any minute now, any minute now, one day this pandemic will end, well at least outside of my country, It's lovely to have the most incompetent president in the whole history of Brazil. Fun times over here.
Same here! "Oh good, he converts the weight... to wtfpounds, come on, use the metric system!" Had to google convert it because as a filthy immigrant I don't do either pounds or stones D:
Count me in. lol It's funny. Even in England, once you work in a hospital, everything is converted to the Metric System (since it's clearly easier to use).
When he pointed out that meat is processed and flavored, it made me think it's really fucking weird that people make fun of vegan alternatives to meat because they're "just vegetables with meat flavor" lol Also yes I'm revisiting this video
Thats kind of an american thing tho, processed X with flavors and preservatives so it lasts forever or whatever. I have a classmate claim that cooked burgers in usa are still safe to eat after a day or two out in room temperature. That isnt normal.
Things like sausage and bacon are flavored obviously, but if you buy a steak at a supermarket, it's not gonna be flavored. He's wrong in that unprocessed meat does have a flavor and it ain't bad. Like I've had fish that I caught myself and it tasted great. Tastes better with a bit of salt though. The nice thing about soy is that since the flavor is so mild, and it's all spongy, it pretty much just takes on the flavor of whatever sauce you put on it
@@Daedalus117 Mhm, it's probably the most straight-up *wrong* thing HBomb has said, in the sense that it's just plain not true. But hey, that's what happens when you don't examine your own prejudices while debunking others. To be fair to him though, meat is not really what the experiment was about.
It still puzzles me why he turned bright red. I think they tried to do the usual weight loss model tactic if eating a bunch of bread and foods that generally bloat you whilst taking on as much fluid as possible then in the 2nd photo deprive his body of water and have a good workout beforehand but because he isn't in great shape he just looks 1 step from death. His eyes are barely even open FFS.
at first i thought the "i weigh X stone" thing was one of those sarcastic throwaway lines but then i googled it and that is actually what british people use to weigh themselves i had no idea
We do sometimes use both pounds and kg, depending on the context. Doctors usually use metric measurements. But yeah, I was always taught as a kid to keep track of my weight in stone. It's taken years of living outside the UK to adjust to other measurements.
Out of context I genuinely can't tell if the Alex Jones before/after pictures are supposed to show a positive or negative change. Besides going red and growing some body hair in the second pic he looks largely the same. Equally revolting in both.
As a HEMA enthusiast, I have to say that Davis's edge alignment when hey that melon is just terrible. A Rhinelander is a decent sword but has a terrible edge (as is typical with Hanwei swords, due to local regulations on sword manufacture, and most of the ones I own or owned had blunt edges, and had to be sharpen by the store), though it isn't hard to sharpen, and given how clean the cut started, it's likely this is what he did, and yet that melon just seemed to shatter after the first two inches or so, and if you slow it down you can see why. His edge alignment is just awful, and you can tell the sword is changing is path in the melon. Sorry, this is pretty unrelated, but I felt like I needed get it out there Edit: I should also point out that you shouldn't use fruit to test cut, because they are easy to cut, even with a dull blade, so his screw up is even more sad.
I don’t know anything about swords, but I can pretty confidently say he looked like an un-athletic bitch (to use his choice of word) during that swing. I’m really not surprised though. After all, did anyone really believe a teenaged Davis was some alpha-male super athlete who was banging all the cheerleaders? No, he was playing Magic the Gathering and pissing his pants.
I remember taking a slow motion video of me cutting a pumpkin in half with a decorational American revolution sword, and also my weak chemist arms Cut that thing cleanly in half despite having like an 18° edge that wasn't really even sharpened, so a cantaloupe isn't really deserving of a slow head turn towards the camera
just in case anyone’s still worried this man might accidentally be doing anything right, he also swings that thing like it’s his first time at bat instead of anything approaching proper cut technique. dude bought a dangerous weapon and decided to swing it around with literally zero prior research on how to use it.
kahvikone I honestly thought he was joking about the stones, but then I realized he was for real and I felt like I was watching someone raised by lunatics.
"As it turns out, soy is just a kind of bean you can eat" It's amazing that there are so many misconceptions on the internet that, for many people, this is a revelation so huge they can't even accept it.
And one look at East Asia - the subcontinent of the world with the largest consumption of soy PER capita - and you see the slimmest, least man boob population, least overweight and obese, most healthy, longest living and conventionally intelligent people on earth, yet still somehow people believe soy causes defects and problems for men. It is absurd how wilfully ignorant people on the internet are, but hey, I guess you can blame their bacon and sausage based diets for that; too much mammalian cholesterol and not enough natural cholesterol in the brain.
My mom was really obsessed with my health and what I ate for most of my life. She was under the impression that soy skyrockets estrogen levels in the body. My dad took me to a probiotic enthusiast acupuncture doctor almost every week. So.... I dunno if ya wanna dig the goldmine of food-science, I’d love to hear what you have to say about supplements and how they affect the culture of dieting...
Understanding nutritional supplements is pretty simple: if you need more of a nutrient, then a nutritional supplement will help you if it is both bio-available and digestible. Bio-availability is where the complexity lives, though determining which nutrients you need more of and why you need more is pretty fucking far from simple. The point regarding digestion probably bears some explanation as well, in that getting more of a nutrient where it is needed is not as simple as swallowing a pill (thanks to structures like the blood-brain barrier).
Yes please hbomberguy. Also, for the keto diet thing, read the book Good Calories Bad Calories by Gary Taubes. Not because I believe it or don't believe it, but because everything in it is sourced with scientific studies and so I'd love to see someone smart actually go through it and check whether the methods are faulty or whatever. A keto diet made me lose 10 stone and also my blood tests show my liver and heart and blood pressure and cholesterol are all way better than they were before the diet. However, my experience is anecdotal. All I want to do is learn and I'm open to the keto thing being wrong if you can demonstrate it in your hbomberguy way. Theres a metric fuckton of sources and just pages in general of the book, it's a big hefty thing, so perhaps it might be too long of a thing just for a video to read, but it's interesting anyway since half the book delves into US politics around nutrition and how it's all fucky

You had a diet that was similar to mine - I ate mostly only vegetables. I stopped that diet and refuse to eat any weird diet now because I started passing out randomly. The worst was when I passed out during an aerodynamics class and didn't have enough time to finish the exam. I went to doctors worried something was terribly wrong and they told me passing out randomly is normal. Uh... Went to a gym that was doing a body fat study with those water-dunk-super-acurate-body-fat-calculators I was close to 14% body fat and the fitness coaches told me 13% is about when women start having adverse issues such as organ failure. Needless to say I gained weight so I could actually finish my degree in Aerospace.
That’s not at all like the diet he was doing- he was eating a lot of processed food high in fat and calories while you were virtually STARVING yourself. Of COURSE eating nothing but vegetables is going to leave you with no energy, I can’t imagine how few calories you must have been consuming per day.
@Toothless I think she was talking about the diet he mentions he used to be on at 1:00 to 1:48 or so, of just eating select fruits and vegetables and getting exhausted after eating anything else, rather than the main segment of the vid
considering most people who made that joke already know that milk has more estrogen in it than soy, because a lot of them are body builders, despite the whole "lmao mom's basement xDD" thing, they still work out. wew.

People are hungry for a secret bullet to suddenly feel better and look hotter but every nutritionist I've seen that isn't trying to sell me something says the same thing - eat a diverse diet with lots of vegetables and lean protein, don't overdo it on the sugar, and don't overeat just because it's on your plate or you're bored. Obviously if you have specific needs because of whatever your body has going on, do that. For any typical person, whatever fits that mold and that you actually enjoy eating is the best diet for you.
my opinions are facts I'm a guy with lower testosterone level. I've been to a doctor about it because i always used to feel tired etc. But he did nothing about it. Just told me to exercise etc. I would really like to actually experience how people who are priviledge with enough testosterone feel so strong and motivated and full of energy. You see my testosterone is so low, even when the doctor was reading the result in my face, i could not ask him to prescribe me some testosterone, i just said alright thank you and bye. If i had plenty of testosterone, it would have probably gone like, give me some more and get angry.

PCOS (which is what I believe is the most common cause/syndrome asscosiated with elevated testosterone in women) is like really not fun. It can cause extremely painful periods, infertility, diabetes, cancer, acne, hirstutism etc. While for some people (particularly those who don't want children) it can have reletively benign symptoms for a lot of people that have it, it can be extremely bad. And that isnt even counting mood disorders, depression, and other mental health issues that can be associated with it. Its definately not enviable.
I love that instead of just putting the camera down and weighing himself again he finds a separate scale and weighs the camera to subtract from his previous attempt lol
But if he did it to be proven on camera he could’ve set it up to show the scale while he was on it, or not have to get another one to show the camera weight.
You know I've often wondered what the big deal was about a high soy diet, I was raised like that, lots of tofu, soy milk, and meat (we weren't really a vegetarian family), and then I moved to Korea as an adult and lived there for several years, and their diet was the same or more soy than what I was raised with, and no problems, heck one of my favorite things to eat in Korea was mapadubu (Korean version of mapo tofu) and it has both beef and tofu in it, hahaha, ooooh, and kongguksu, it's a cold noodle dish with freshly made soy milk with the bean bits still in it. I do have to preface that the only soy products we ate at home and in Korea were whole soy beans (edamame), soy milk, and tofu, and a little soy bean oil. But yeah, I never understood the anti-soy rhetoric, nor did I personally know anyone with a sensitivity to it. I mean maybe I was just in a bubble, who knows

"Ghost Poop" is when you go, and it goes down the drain on it's own, so you're not sure if you really pooped or just imagined it. "Clean Getaway" is when you go, and it comes out in one solid, contiguous piece, and it turns out you didn't have to wipe.
"Naturally" and then i look at the soy milk brands in the store, full of added sugar I mean nothing against sugar, but it needs the extra sugar to be sweet
My favorite about the whole "Mock meats are heavily processed stay away" is exactly that. Most meat products ARE heavily processed. Im German, sausages are everywhere, as are patès. How is a soy sausauge more processed than blendend meat with Spice Mix and additives to make it pretty 😅. These days even in artificial skin because plenty of people have decided that meat in Natural sausage skin (aka intestines) is disgusting. So unless the Person only eats unflavored Steak I call bs on that Statement. And i dont even particularly Like Mock meats, i prefer beans and Tofu as a Protein source because i can Control the flavours there, lol.
When people say they want to avoid unprocessed things they don’t mean unflavored meat, they mean meat that they can flavor themselves or that it is ONLY being flavored, with no preservatives. Which is very rare to nonexistent compared to relatively unprocessed soy, with maybe a bit too much salt.
Pressing the water out like suggested is only necessary if you're treating tofu like meat, where you're grilling or frying it in strips. You might be able to find "Japanese style" tofu at your local grocer that's very firm and meant for stuff like that, no pressing required. However, if you want to embrace tofu's lovely silky squishiness, try eating it in some soup or a dish like mapo tofu. Most Chinese restaurants in the west offer vegetarian mapo tofu but traditionally it has ground beef bc Chinese cuisine doesn't treat tofu as a replacement for meat - instead it's its own thing, a bit like if eggs weren't so strongly tied to being a breakfast food.
veggies get you sated faster and are harder to digest meaning the same size of meals leads to less calories metabolized by your body (with certain exceptions like sugar even in some "processed" forms like honey... although even very "sweet" apples or cherries are less unhealthy than any sweets....) so sure, if you replace most your meat and other animal produce intake (milk, cheese, eggs) with soy and other veggies you will lose weight... The biggest danger is that if you do so for longer the body gets used to getting less calories from its work in "digesting" so that you on the long term simply eat more and start gaining weight again.
Hey be careful, most people aren't supposed to lose more than 1-2 pounds a week (Google your own equivalent 😆). If you drop weight too quickly it just comes back later, and that's bad for your body.
3:32 As a former blacksmith (it’s complicated) swords are a neat hobby and totally valid but they are NOT a way to prove your masculinity. It is a nerd hobby. It is a hobby a random, nerdy teenage trans women can break into and fit in. Quite being pretentious about it

Did PJW and his ilk ever shriek about how alcohol is pretty good at reducing T levels, too? I've seen more than a few pictures of Paul with a mug of that hoppy feminising froth, actually...
Geddiz funny how they promote drinking milk... you get it from feeemale animals that were pregnant not long ago... probably more oestrogen in that than the soy they are paranoid about! also broccoli has phytoestrogens but there's never a "broccoli boy" insult either lol
I took a food and nutrition class focusing on obesity this past Spring taught by a biology professor, and the conclusion we came to in the class was basically the same you came to. The specific things you eat aren't as important as just being mindful of what you're eating. It was a really great class.
Man I trusted the food pyramid so much I felt so lied to when I learned that the milk on the triangle is a actually supposed to be water and the milk industry paid them to put milk in the food pyramid. When you think about it water makes so much more sense for the pyramid.
I don't belive that story one bit. Water is not food, it should not be on the food pyramid at all. I could possibly believe that the milk industry payed to have a better place on the pyramid but not in place of water because that would be stupid.
Frida Bergholtz I mean, water is the base of all life. So putting it on the pyramid would make sense. You need to replace that a lot. Humans sweat very regularly.
Of course. Water is absolutely vital. But it doesn't belong on the food pyramid because it's not food. Where would you put water? At the base? Can you replace water with bread? Hmm today I'm going to base my meal on pasta bread or water, it's all the same. As you say water is the base of all life but it doesn't contain any nutriens or energy so it exist outside of the food pyramid and also imbedded in it because most of the things we eat contain water.
Yes I suppose it is a nutrient, but then so is oxygen and I don't see that on the food pyramid either. It's not a hydration pyramid it's a food pyramid. My original point was that I didn't belive that the milk industry paid to have water exchanged for milk. It doesn't make any sense because water is not a source for calcium , fat and protein. Having water on the pyramid would be just as pointless as having salt on there as a food item.
quorn is good because its literally indistinguishable from regular meat (the 'chicken' nuggets even come in those creepily uniform mcdonald's shapes!) and because its made of fungus you can ask your friends who are unfortunate enough to be stuck in your house around feeding time if they want a fungget.
I used to eat quorn but after a 2 week break from them when I was abroad I was completely put off from them. Just thinking about it made me sick. Now I just eat shit like falafel when I decide it’s a ‘no-meat day’. I still eat meat though.
indistinguishable from meat how? it's cooked differently, different taste, different texture? are we talking looks? cause yeah, I guess you could shape it to look like highly processed ground meat. It tastes good though.

I have high dht and androgens, naturally, it's apparently normal for my body. As a trans guy, NOT on t (so no added hormones or supplementation), according to the manosphere, I'm totally the alpha, take that Roosh.
This video so nicely mentions something that really gets my goat, which is how incredibly antagonistic people are towards vegetarian/vegan alternatives to things? I'm not a vegetarian by any means, but I've decided to try quorn and soy milk and it's legitimately super tasty. However, most people I talk to INSTANTLY pull a face the second the Q and S words are mentioned, purely because it's not meat or milk. People see it as Meat/Milk Lite when it's not, it really bothers me. (also a note: if you want to work out but also not pay as much money, the NHS does actually have you covered - they have a whole thing of podcasts and exercise plans and shit, entirely for free.)
Its more often than not because many people have been brought up and conditioned to see animal flesh, milk and eggs as being nutritionally necessary. So when they meet a vegan, that world view is threatened (more mildly if meeting a vegetarian) it forces them to question things they rarely or never had questioned before.
@@ReluctantWarrior The best way I've seen it explained is that to a lot of people the mere existence of the alternate choice being performed brings their own actions into question. If being vegetarian or vegan is even an option than suddenly there exists the *possiblity* that their choice may not be correct, because presumably someone has a reason for being vegetarian or vegan - and if they have a reason, *you* might have a reason too. So you need to immediately go on the offense to preemptively defend your worldview and diet from the "attack" of choice and options - from the mere possibility of you even being wrong.

I was finally able to commit to and stay on a vegan diet this year. I've wanted to most of my life, but eating disorder hell was brewing in the background. Soy has been a major lifesaver for me, because it is a complete protein, containing all of the essential amino acids. The shrill "it'll give you boobs" crowd cause a lot of distractions. Smh, didn't even try any Asian tofu based cuisine. Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, starch, and a bit of water. That's your sauce. Pan fry tofu in pan. Once both sides are slightly browned, then you add sauce and chopped green onion.
I think the real problem is the chemicals we use for our crop pesticides and the run off from them. Namely corn. I go to an agriculture school and have been learning about just how much excessive amounts of atrazine are dumped on a plot of corn to keep it growing safely. The problem is that atrazine easily runs off into water supplies and it can wreak havoc in aquatic ecosystems. Sure, frogs and minnows getting warped might not be the end of humanity. But I still think it's a worthy environment concern. Frogs do a lot of good for our ecosystem. So if they go we lose a valuable helper. Furthermore, do people not think that if these tiny run off dosages can mess up small aquatic life forms, that larger concentrations won't find their way back to the water supply to bite us humans in the ass later? This is an environmental issue which I really wish more people would take more seriously. Our dependancy on pesticides could have a disastrous effect on the human race. I understand that farmers don't want to sacrifice productivity, and that demands for food are only ever increasing with population growth. But with these current practices, I'm worried that in a century there may not even be a world left to feed.
+Scowler It doesn't work, specialisation of labour was a huge leap forward for society and massively increased productivity. On what basis do you claim that GMO will "sterilize" you?
If it actually worked like that don't you think folks would talk about it more? I'm by no means an expert, so take my word for what it's worth, but I've drank a lot of milk in my life and have yet to grow tits.
ultru You can however say coconut milk. And there is for example "cleaning milk" in Germany, some kind of cleaning product, that's okay too. But soy milk? NO FUCKING WAY! That's confusing for customers. I hope customers don't try to drink cleaning milk thinking it's cow milk. But we definitely need to protect them from drinking soy milk.
@@Menatetronone_4 There are some pretty key differences there. The peoples you mention were somewhat adapted to those diets after thousands of years. @@jondwyer9323 I'd be interested in seeing the source of those claims, and whether it was studying populations before or after they were exposed to a "westernized" diet. Other studies I've seen have said that such populations had relatively low rates of atherosclerosis / hypertension / etc., despite a diet high in protein and fat. It wasn't until the introduction of refined carbs into their diets and the accompanying reduction in activities like hunting/trapping that certain problems started to spike. Whatever the case, my original core point still stands that leading a physically active lifestyle makes a huge difference, and can compensate for otherwise unhealthy dietary choices.
It isn't just exercise or smoking... The interaction of a lot of fat WITH a lot of carbs seems to contribute to disease, particularly diabetes. Arctic peoples ate almost entirely meat, not half meat half bread and potatoes. Plus other aspects of diet, lifestyle (including the fact that traditional Inuit culture for instance supports emotional well-being better than "Western" cultures tend to), etc. Oleo was being sold as the healthier alternative to butter in the mid 20th century so people were unknowingly gorging on trans fats, among other things Etc. It's always more complicated than just "other people ate meat so that means this totally different meat-based thing is also fine"

As a soy boy (literally a vegan man so), I gotta say that I highly recommend varying your protein sources as much as possible. skugga soy on soy on soy!
@Kaveighleen Jacaster - So you admit you're just trolling then. Good.
The "ghost poop" is just you getting the fibre you're supposed to be eating. 25 - 30g of fibre a day is good for you and is the daily recommended in the UK. Sorry, this is pretty unrelated, but I felt like I needed get it out there
Edit: I should also point out that you shouldn't use fruit to test cut, because they are easy to cut, even with a dull blade, so his screw up is even more sad.

I remember taking a slow motion video of me cutting a pumpkin in half with a decorational American revolution sword, and also my weak chemist arms
Cut that thing cleanly in half despite having like an 18° edge that wasn't really even sharpened, so a cantaloupe isn't really deserving of a slow head turn towards the camera

It's amazing that there are so many misconceptions on the internet that, for many people, this is a revelation so huge they can't even accept it.

Your transition is complete and you are beautiful.
also bald.
Wait... You lost 20 pounds in one month just eating soy?
Brb, buying soy.
veggies get you sated faster and are harder to digest meaning the same size of meals leads to less calories metabolized by your body (with certain exceptions like sugar even in some "processed" forms like honey... although even very "sweet" apples or cherries are less unhealthy than any sweets....) so sure, if you replace most your meat and other animal produce intake (milk, cheese, eggs) with soy and other veggies you will lose weight...
The biggest danger is that if you do so for longer the body gets used to getting less calories from its work in "digesting" so that you on the long term simply eat more and start gaining weight again.
Just count your calories and don’t eat more than your limit, it’s easy really
Same lmao

Geddiz funny how they promote drinking milk... you get it from feeemale animals that were pregnant not long ago... probably more oestrogen in that than the soy they are paranoid about! also broccoli has phytoestrogens but there's never a "broccoli boy" insult either lol
Milk is absolutely packed with oestrogen. But really, when has reality and facts ever been an important thing to the alt-right?
Frida Bergholtz
I mean, water is the base of all life.
Frida.. water IS a nutrient.

The "steak every day!" diet has already been tried. In the years when people were often dying of heart disease in their 40s. Hmmmm ....
say that to the Inuits (raw meat), native americans (only pemmican for long periods of time), masai people(meat, milk blood)
@@Menatetronone_4 There are some pretty key differences there. The peoples you mention were somewhat adapted to those diets after thousands of years. Furthermore, their healthy and active physical lifestyle would have been a stark contrast to a steak-and-eggs, over-eating, chain-smoking 1950s man with a sedentary desk job. It's okay to gorge yourself fatty/blubbery raw meat if you're going to burn off all of those calories in the day-to-day rigors of your life.
@@siukong Inuit and Masai cadavers show advanced atherosclerosis. they may die of other causes, but if they were to survive longer they would die of a cardiovascular event.
Oleo was being sold as the healthier alternative to butter in the mid 20th century so people were unknowingly gorging on trans fats, among other things
Etc. It's always more complicated than just "other people ate meat so that means this totally different meat-based thing is also fine"
