The biggest coaching mistake is allowing rookie Connor Williams to play left guard next to back-up centerJoe Looney. I'm a high school offensive line coach and even i know that you can't have your two worst offensive lineman playing side-by-side! THAT'S A HUGE MISTAKE! La'el Collins needs to be at left guard and Connor Williams needs to be kicked out to right tackle. Spread the weakness out! Then you'd have Tyron Smith..La'el Collins..Joe Looney...Zach Martin..Connor Williams. It's worth mentioning that that Collins at LG and Williams at RT is actually their natural positions! When Frederick comes back, then you can put Williams at left guard....it's an adjustment that MUST be made!

Defense was playing good but they were letting the Texans get in field goal range every time so I figured for sure the would do it in OT which is all they needed. I still think that punt was a terrible decision.

Its as simple as this: If the Dallas Cowboys don’t make the playoffs this season, Jason Garrett should lose his job. Period. Any other coach in any other organization would have been gone after his third 8-8 season. Garrett has had four, and two of them were a result of losing a “Win and In” final game of the season to a division opponent.
He’s had arguably (statistically) the greatest Dallas Cowboys quarterback of all time. The greatest Cowboys tight end of all time. One of the three greatest Cowboys WR of all time. One of the greatest offensive lines in Cowboys history. Bill Parcells as a mentor. Sean Peyton as a mentor. Wade Phillips as a mentor.
This man has squandered every ounce of talent Jerry Jones can throw at him. His number has been pulled. It’s time to put up or pack up.

Jason Garrett's buns should have been toasted at the end of last season, but Jerry Jones didn't have the audacity to do so. And well guess what? He should be fired now.
