ThePancakeman25 amen! I was looking for a commenter who still believed Brees was the same old Brees and I was going to say exactly what you said. That Rams game was ugly. He threw two balls that hit defenders right in the chest. How they dropped those two interceptions was beyond me. Maybe they were too interceptable that hey caught defenders off guard. He's not the same guy anymore and neither is Roethlisburger or Eli Manning. Philip Rivers and Brady are really the last two old quarterbacks that are playing like themselves.

Brees has very little juice left he needs a run game and a good defense to win games and if those passes are picked in the playoffs maybe saints brass is hesitant to pay him 25 mil or more this offseason. He has two years tops of defent football. I just hope he goes out before his body does.

Remember the game in 80's when the Falcons QB threw a pick in the red zone in the final seconds of the game? ( the Falcons had the lead I don't know why that idiot threw it.) The Saints DB took it down the sideline about 80 yards for a sure pick 6 to win and he was hit at the one and fell into the end zone but the game clock hit 0:00 just before he crossed the goal line. Falcons get the W. Falcons- Saints always the best and most unpredictable games every season because anything can and usually does happen. Look at how this one ended. They all go like that and the next one will be just like it.

He's the head coach of the team; of course it's a bad look overall. After bountygate, he should be keeping a low profile to do what he can to help the Saints make it back to another super bowl. He's currently 103-69 (.599) with a lot of these losses coming after the 2009 season with that super bowl win. The clock is ticking and we all know he wouldn't be the same without Drew Brees.
The Saints had no business losing this game after Matt Ryan threw 3 INTs. Payton easily could have told them to kick a few field goals in this game like the one before the half, and the outcome would have been different. This loss was totally on them. The refs had nothing to do with it.

Atlanta people rarely, if ever, think about New Orleans as a rival. For NOLA residents, the Saints are like a college team in a college town. Yet, Atlanta is 4x bigger than Nola, much busier and more prosperous, an ever-expanding international hub that attracts residents from all over the country and world. NOLA still lives in a 70's version of this rivalry. Quaint, but one-sided, I'm afraid. And the Falcons seem to have the Saints number, for what it's worth.

The rivalry was one sided for a while as we owned Archie in the 70’s. Then Big Ben Left and Big Ben Right with Bartkowski. But then that all changed when Mora Sr showed up with the Dome Patrol(Sam Mills, Rickey Jackson, Pat Swilling and Vaughn Johnson). Then we had a few good years with Deion and I think the hate kicked in really during the 1991 Wild Card when the 2 Legit team stole that WC playoff game and did that stunt at the end of the game. The 2k’s were the Vick vs cousin Aaron Brooks before Payton and Brees arrived.
A former falcons player was an official refereeing this game and we had multiple guys out and we still only lost by 3? Ok I have more confidence in my saints now than ever😂
