Canucks will be able build a better team with their core 4 then other teams with very strong core 4’s That miller contract is such a steal and I don’t think Boeser can make much more then J.T perhaps less?
That Brock extension will be very interesting especially if he has another 40 goal season.

Petterson is overrated, Miller is Canucks best centre but not in same level as Draisaitl or McDavid
Bouchard produced in playoffs, he has the right D partner who actually plays D, something Hughes does not have.
Hyman and Boeser, again Hyman is a better producer and is a beast around the net.

Take off your Canucks hat if you want to be taken seriously. Greedy Petey is the worst contract in the league! 1 year out of 6 above 100 points... Drai has 5 of 6 seasons above 100 points... literally polar opposites.
Don’t ignore that he was playing through a wrist injury in 2021-2022, he also would have easily had 100 points this season but he was playing through tendinitis in the second half.
@@kango7112 for 5 seasons? He's had 1 good year. his average points per season is 68 pts. Leon's average is 85. have fun making up excuses, a real star doesn't require so many excuses. in the last 6 years.. Leon's average is 107 pts per season. basically doubled! 2 million difference. Greedy Petey's contract will end up being one of the worst in NHL history. watch.

I think Leon is better than Elias. I'm not debating that...but my point of the video is that financially and team wise VAN has a very good situation. Your window, imo, is literally this season. I think the following year you have to make BIG financial decisions that will effect the whole team. You are blessed to get Drais locked up. He's a great player.
And yes we have never won the Cup...it's not like your team has done that much better in the last 3 decades. The Edmonton Oilers last won Stanley Cup in the 1990 against the Boston Bruins...it's been more than a minute.
